Absolutely horrible experience Wow! I am currently awaiting my new debit card that was supposed to be fedex to me. I can't access my money this weekend at all. I just had two scams happen to my account and I tried my best to give them a chance. I don't recommend this bank at all. One pro is that you get your direct deposit early.

If I could give negative stars there… If I could give negative stars there wouldn't be enough. My account was hacked in January. I sent all the proof they asked me for why am I still fighting these people to get my money back. The saddest thing is my card was locked. The customer representatives are unprofessional, unknowledgeable and a supervisor or team lead is never available. I've been waiting to hear back from a supervisor 2 weeks. I'm excited for the people who have had better experiences. I'm very displeased.

The scam bank I thought when I opened the account I was coming to a financial platform that was a better alternative to the big banks. However, I have found them to be more heartless than the big banks. I’m dealing with a death in the family and deposited a check from my church and they placed a seven day hold on it. Once I called customer service they told me your funds will be available in another 4 business days and there is nothing we can do! THANKS GREENWOOD !

Customer service get a 1 ⭐️ Customer service get a 1 ⭐️. Opens mid morning(10am), closes at 8pm, no weekend availability, Banking App is the worst. You have an issue after hours your screwed. Smallest infractions card will lock out on fraudulent matters even though they are not. Constantly have to call in to explain its myself making transactions. The ideas of GREENWOOD ARE 💯….the actions, research and development needs a lotttttttt of revamping and help…I’m not going to close my account but I will no longer direct deposit my funds or add funds. To many bad experiences in 60 days!! I tried to support but damn I travel wayyyy too much for no access to my revenue and finances when extremely important situations come about. Thank you G-Wood✊🏾✊🏿✊🏽✊🏼

FRAUD I have received a monthly email since Jan 2023 indicating that 'my monthly statement' is ready. I did not open an account with them and have reported it to them numerous times. They will NOT give me any information without my 16 digit card number.. which I obviously do not have. My call yesterday, I did ended up confirming my email address and last 4 of social... then was placed on a long hold... leary, I hung up. There are no replies to the support email I have found. Just wanted this public knowledge for others.
