The app has been flawless and very easy to use. I know where my money is and it is always available immediately. I highly recommend Greenwood whether you are seasoned in finance or just getting started Greenwood will take you there.

GREENWOOD BANKING Hello,to all involved in this minority owned & operated online banking...I was so amazed at the launching of this I immediately joined the wait list, and I am now with card and very PROUD to be affiliated with this bank...I may not have much income but it gives me honor to whip my card out for purchases in my community especially at black/hispanic etc. owned businesses .... and I wonder if they RECOGNIZE as well how great this is....I could go on&on but YOU ALL ROCK in my world, KEEP ON IMPROVING.

Worst experience ever went to the Post… Worst experience ever went to the Post Office to get some money orders tried to pay card declined. I called the bank and was told that there system doesn't recognize post office transactions. huh?? Seriously? Okay went home to make my payment online made 2 payments for 1200 then my card was locked, I called and was told to wait for 30 minutes then try my card again. All I'm trying to do is pay bills this is ridiculous definitely moving my money back to Navy Federal. Doesn't matter if you have Greenwood Metal card which you pay _4.99 a month for.

I never received my debit card I never received my debit card. I requested another one and they charged me for it. You can’t send money out of the account because the app and Plaid keeps saying they failed to authenticate your bank, even though you have to log into that banks mobile banking to sync them. I wanted to support this bank because of the social aspect, but it’s just not worth it. You’d do better opening a checking account with a credit union or even an online bank. TRASH

Greenwood has been a great experience… Greenwood has been a great experience for me. I received not just a plastic card but a metal card. Set up my account and app loaded my first deposit and it has been seamless. I have contacted customer service a few times and they were very pleasant and helped me right away.
