USHorrible institution Horrible institution! Mobile deposited a check on the 6/20 sat pending until today Checked status said banking difficulties by on their end and deposit would be there today by customer service Instead deposi has disappeared with no explanation no money and no one reached out via emil or phone. I had to call and still received no answer. No way is this a black owned black no one speaks English clearly- Supervisor supposed to call or email me - nothing. Just horrible all the way around Glad I found out now and switched my direct deposit

USStay AWAY. Do NOT bank with Greenwood. There is no benefit to do so. They will hold deposits and refunds longer than necessary and give you excuses like, “We do not see s deposit/refund,” If the wait time for a refund or deposit is 7-10 business days, count on waiting that entire time. No worth it.

USGreenwood has been a great experience… Greenwood has been a great experience for me. I received not just a plastic card but a metal card. Set up my account and app loaded my first deposit and it has been seamless. I have contacted customer service a few times and they were very pleasant and helped me right away.

USI'm giving Greenwood some grace I'm giving Greenwood some grace. Yes, their customer service is slow when it comes to answering the phone and responding to emails. I've had similar issues with my funds being available within (what I thought) a timely manner. I have not cut them off completely but I don't have all my funds going there just yet either. I still want to believe that Greenwood will be the bank it says it will be.

USI am happy to be part of the Greenwood… I am happy to be part of the Greenwood family and have not had any issues with opening my account, getting my card or adding money. My experience has been smooth and I'm very impressed with the apps functionality. Don't be swayed by these negative comments...they are probably "Bots" trying to disparage a minority bank.
