GBGood Source To be honest, I use the account for weekends when I go out. It is something good for people who want to set a few hundred dollars away. I also think it is a good idea for parents or guardians to give to their children or dependents where they can safely send them money. We have to understand that this is digital banking system as well. I believe the purpose is to get minorities to deposit their money into a bank to protect their money and avoid all these cash and deposit fees. I think we need to sit down and have a conversation with the founders as well as Coastal Community Bank to see how we can make this experience better.

GBIf I could give negative stars there… If I could give negative stars there wouldn't be enough. My account was hacked in January. I sent all the proof they asked me for why am I still fighting these people to get my money back. The saddest thing is my card was locked. The customer representatives are unprofessional, unknowledgeable and a supervisor or team lead is never available. I've been waiting to hear back from a supervisor 2 weeks. I'm excited for the people who have had better experiences. I'm very displeased.

GBHorrible institution Horrible institution! Mobile deposited a check on the 6/20 sat pending until today Checked status said banking difficulties by on their end and deposit would be there today by customer service Instead deposi has disappeared with no explanation no money and no one reached out via emil or phone. I had to call and still received no answer. No way is this a black owned black no one speaks English clearly- Supervisor supposed to call or email me - nothing. Just horrible all the way around Glad I found out now and switched my direct deposit

GBCustomer service get a 1 ⭐️ Customer service get a 1 ⭐️. Opens mid morning(10am), closes at 8pm, no weekend availability, Banking App is the worst. You have an issue after hours your screwed. Smallest infractions card will lock out on fraudulent matters even though they are not. Constantly have to call in to explain its myself making transactions. The ideas of GREENWOOD ARE 💯….the actions, research and development needs a lotttttttt of revamping and help…I’m not going to close my account but I will no longer direct deposit my funds or add funds. To many bad experiences in 60 days!! I tried to support but damn I travel wayyyy too much for no access to my revenue and finances when extremely important situations come about. Thank you G-Wood✊🏾✊🏿✊🏽✊🏼

GBI’m so glad I joined Greenwood I’m so glad I joined Greenwood. The ability to utilize my dollar in my community, not worry about fees, use Apple Pay, and get paid early are just some of the crazy benefits. I love pulling out my physical metal card and getting questions about it and seeing the interest everywhere I shop. The future for Greenwood is very bright and I’m just glad to be along for the ride!
