GBThe process started well but from… The process started well but from appraisal to first payment it has been a confusing process.

GBBad Experience with Loan Officer It may not be fair to tar Brightpath with he same brush as my loan officer but I only have him as a reference. I had 2 properties to refi and I primarily wanted to do property B. Loan officer worked on property A and after that was done came back and said that we could not do property B. He was rude and condescending in the process. I am closing the loan on property B with another company.

GBWas helpful and available at first Was helpful and available at first. After being told that I was approve and to pay $500 for an appraisal, I was told that the underwriter needed more income and various other items. Lost $500 dollars dealing with my Loan Officer. I think Brightpath is a good company, just had a very rude and uncaring loan officer.

GBEfficient and responsive at start, but less so after we committed to them. They were great while we were shopping. After we dropped the other companies they were less responsive. Pretty much handled in the length of time they said. The actual closing paperwork had several errors. They immediately sold the loan, and we were not notified. It took several calls to confirm the situation and get details. In the process we ended up making 2 loan payments in the first month so as not to run the risk of recording a late payment.

GBI feel very good about my experience… I feel very good about my experience with Brightpath. They were very easy to work with and took care of business. Terry communicated very well and took care of everything. I feel like the process went well and was very easy to complete. I would recommend Brightpath to anyone wanting to get a mortgage or planning a refinancing.
