GBPoor communication & lack of notice regarding lower rates. My wife and I did not receive clear directions regarding the required documents which caused delays and much frustration. An overall poor communication experience. We had NO updates on rate changes. Had we not monitored and notified our represenative of the lower % interest rate change it would have been to our detriment. We will not recommend Brightpath.

GBWill do business with Brightpath again We had a long delay in our home purchase, with closing delayed several times because of a seller title issue. Janet at Brightpath was helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She walked us through each step of the process with us, maintained open communication, and the loan was closed with no unwanted surprises. We would highly recommend Brightpath and would gladly be repeat customers.

GBRefinancing always takes a great deal… Refinancing always takes a great deal of information, and much of it has to be delivered at the last minute for some reason. Despite that fact, I felt Brightpath did a very good job of helping me to navigate the roadblocks. Things could have probably gone a little smoother, but all in all my loan closed, I save money every month and I would use them again if I needed to.

GBPoor Experience Too difficult to work with. Rude to client's agents. Unprepared with wiring instructions at closing. Would not do mail-off closing for out of state seller.

GBOverall Overall - it was a pleasant experience. We did have some trouble getting timely answers to certain questions and got a number of incomplete responses. However, they did deliver on saving me money and time in closing. And even when we made some late term changes, they were able to accommodate.
