I have never seen a thing like this in… I have never seen a thing like this in my entire life. We are in a world where people don’t follow due process any more and keep to terms and conditions. I had a one year contract with Brightpath and before the contract could end, I had informed them I will not be renewing the contract as I was looking to go to an A bank. After going back and forth with them they eventually agreed. I had emailed them letting them know that I will be going elsewhere as their interest rate was out of this world and they are always never accessible through phone calls. My lawyer sent them a message letting them know we want to pay off the loan of $165,000 and this people are asking for extra $35000 extra for no reasons what so ever.we have been consistent in our payments and has never owe them. I have told them I will take them up as no one deserved this bully

Refinancing always takes a great deal… Refinancing always takes a great deal of information, and much of it has to be delivered at the last minute for some reason. Despite that fact, I felt Brightpath did a very good job of helping me to navigate the roadblocks. Things could have probably gone a little smoother, but all in all my loan closed, I save money every month and I would use them again if I needed to.

Our Loan Officer was quite rude and condescending... Although I got a good deal on my refinance, my loan officer was quite rude and condescending. During one of our conversations he actually told me to "calm down" when I was simply and politely answering a question he asked me. I do not expect to be treated this way by a company trying to earn my business. I am sorry to say that would not come back to Brightpath and cannot recommend this company due to the lack of customer service I received.

Just OK, would shop elsewhere before using BP again... Experience was just OK, I didn't get the best rate and the closing wasn't smooth.
