Love this company and the work they do! I recently found My Pet Prints and started with one order - a pillow with my dog's picture, It arrived on time, as promised. I was a little nervous as I took it out of the package. But, WOW, I couldn't have been happier. The quality of the pillow was perfect, and the artwork is fantastic. The best word to describe it is BEATIFU! I have since ordered stickers, a decal, a coffee cup and another pillow. Every item exceeds my expectation. I would recommend My Pet Prints without hesitation -- oh! I will be ordering more

My Pet Prints Car Decals Everyone who sees this decal on my car thinks it’s the coolest thing ever! I’m very proud of it, and I’ve already recommended Mypetprints to some of my friends and family! Needless to say they are pretty jealous of my decal😉 The print itself came out even better than I expected it to! Every pet owner should have their furbabies displayed for the whole world to see. I even purchased another decal of my other dog, so now I have a decal on both sides of my car! Nice people. Lousy Service. Still waiting. I am not one to disparage a company, especially during the holiday season. I can only imagine how busy it is and how every customer thinks they are the only customer. With that in mind, I feel bound to share my experience at Mypetprints.com. I ordered a custom item on December 7th. They say it takes 3 weeks. I took a chance that I would receive by Christmas. No luck. OK, so given what I said earlier, I'm trying to give them a break. It's now December 29th, and still nothing. The communication was very nice - they seem like they value their customers. But they need to fix the shipping and tracking issue or they will continue to see disappointed customers. Again, I acknowledge this is not Amazon and I was not expecting it to be delivered the next day. So, if you have time and are not expecting your order as a gift, then I think you will be fine.

Ordered a blanket on May 18th Ordered a blanket on May 18th, paid $72.75, still haven’t received!!!! They note that it was delivered, but they provided NO tracking number. Although when you order it recommends to download the Arrive App, which I did! The website is forbidden. Not Pleased!!!!

Fraudulently claim they issued a refund This company is fraudulently claiming that they issued a refund. I paid $40 for guaranteed Christmas delivery but my item was not shipped in time. MyPetPrints claims they sent me a refund of shipping charges but I have not received any such refund and they are unable to provide proof of the transaction.
