USPrint not delivered Ordered a print on November 20 and paid extra to be “first in line” to assure it would arrive by Christmas since it was a gift. It’s now January 5 and it still has NOT ARRIVED. Terrible and unresponsive customer service.

USNice people. Lousy Service. Still waiting. I am not one to disparage a company, especially during the holiday season. I can only imagine how busy it is and how every customer thinks they are the only customer. With that in mind, I feel bound to share my experience at Mypetprints.com. I ordered a custom item on December 7th. They say it takes 3 weeks. I took a chance that I would receive by Christmas. No luck. OK, so given what I said earlier, I'm trying to give them a break. It's now December 29th, and still nothing. The communication was very nice - they seem like they value their customers. But they need to fix the shipping and tracking issue or they will continue to see disappointed customers. Again, I acknowledge this is not Amazon and I was not expecting it to be delivered the next day. So, if you have time and are not expecting your order as a gift, then I think you will be fine.

USToo good to be true! Stay away! Awful customer service, order was placed a month ago and still hasn’t arrived and they have ignored numerous emails. Terrible company, spend your money elsewhere.

USimprove Communication for 4 stars Good artwork and blankets just needs better communication. I never received an email saying my artwork was ready for me to approve until I emailed them. I also didn’t receive an email tell me that it had shipped. I found out through downloading the Arrive app which told me that it was shipped 4 days ago. They also didn’t have tracking Edit: currently at the end of them projected shipping of 3-5 days. Shipped on DEC 9th and it’s now 16th. Edit 2: I finally received my package on Dec 20th. almost a week after they said it should arrive. Edit 3:at 11:23am on Dec 23rd i finally got an email from them stating that my order had been shipped. The email was sent 2 weeks after the order was actually sent and 3 days after it actually arrived.

USHappy with my product Happy with my product. It's a car decal. Although it got delivered late because for some reason it was rerouted when it was almost here. Never got an explanation why and tried to contact the company when it happened and got no response what so ever. But it did eventually arrive and I'm happy with it.
