GBFraudulently claim they issued a refund This company is fraudulently claiming that they issued a refund. I paid $40 for guaranteed Christmas delivery but my item was not shipped in time. MyPetPrints claims they sent me a refund of shipping charges but I have not received any such refund and they are unable to provide proof of the transaction.

GBTerrible Service, Great Concept Great concept, but terrible customer service. I created a phone case for my wife with a picture of our adopted lab and the words “Resting Bark Face” above it. Got the proof and everything looked fine so I ordered it. Fast forward to when I receive it, the letters R and E are cut off due to the camera hole. I reached out to them to see if they could fix it and told me no but here’s a 30% discount for a future purchase. Why would I spend more money on a company that I have zero faith in and doesn’t take care of their customers? I don’t understand why they would want such a bad looking result out in public representing their company either. If you want a poor quality product that they won’t stand behind, feel free to order. I would not recommend any of their products to anyone.

GBOrdered beginning of November Ordered beginning of November; it is now December 27th, and my product is in Indianapolis (I live in maine). Their website advertised Christmas shipping and they refuse to give me any sort of refund. I’m happy I had so many other presents for him, but considering this was of his cat that went missing, it could’ve easily been a main present. Don’t order from here, and if you do, give yourself at least 2 months.

GBIs There Anything Higher Than Five Stars?! My siblings and I ordered a custom pet clock and split the cost of it for my dad’s birthday and oh my god I cannot say enough how amazing it is! It came out so fantastic and the design team is flawless! Highly recommend the clock and literally anything else this company makes! They’re fantastic!

GBHaven’t received my purchase and I… Haven’t received my purchase and I ordered it on May 2nd. On May 27th they emailed me the shipping info and to this day it still says the package has no tracking information yet and they are waiting on the shipper. I informed them countless times and finally a week after they tell me they will send another one. We are approaching two months and I still haven’t received my car decal.
