TOP NOTCH I have ordered 4 times from Mypetprints.com in the past 2-3 months. With each new item arriving, and being "better" than the last, I cannot wait to order from them again. The uniqueness of personalizing an item with a photo of a beloved pet, a part of ones family, truly a brilliant idea. Just wish I would have found them years ago! The customer service is unparalleled as well. Top notch company.

Ordered a blanket on May 18th Ordered a blanket on May 18th, paid $72.75, still haven’t received!!!! They note that it was delivered, but they provided NO tracking number. Although when you order it recommends to download the Arrive App, which I did! The website is forbidden. Not Pleased!!!!

Fraudulently claim they issued a refund This company is fraudulently claiming that they issued a refund. I paid $40 for guaranteed Christmas delivery but my item was not shipped in time. MyPetPrints claims they sent me a refund of shipping charges but I have not received any such refund and they are unable to provide proof of the transaction.

Love this company and the work they do! I recently found My Pet Prints and started with one order - a pillow with my dog's picture, It arrived on time, as promised. I was a little nervous as I took it out of the package. But, WOW, I couldn't have been happier. The quality of the pillow was perfect, and the artwork is fantastic. The best word to describe it is BEATIFU! I have since ordered stickers, a decal, a coffee cup and another pillow. Every item exceeds my expectation. I would recommend My Pet Prints without hesitation -- oh! I will be ordering more

Too good to be true! Stay away! Awful customer service, order was placed a month ago and still hasn’t arrived and they have ignored numerous emails. Terrible company, spend your money elsewhere.
