GBTOP NOTCH I have ordered 4 times from Mypetprints.com in the past 2-3 months. With each new item arriving, and being "better" than the last, I cannot wait to order from them again. The uniqueness of personalizing an item with a photo of a beloved pet, a part of ones family, truly a brilliant idea. Just wish I would have found them years ago! The customer service is unparalleled as well. Top notch company.

GBNice people. Lousy Service. Still waiting. I am not one to disparage a company, especially during the holiday season. I can only imagine how busy it is and how every customer thinks they are the only customer. With that in mind, I feel bound to share my experience at Mypetprints.com. I ordered a custom item on December 7th. They say it takes 3 weeks. I took a chance that I would receive by Christmas. No luck. OK, so given what I said earlier, I'm trying to give them a break. It's now December 29th, and still nothing. The communication was very nice - they seem like they value their customers. But they need to fix the shipping and tracking issue or they will continue to see disappointed customers. Again, I acknowledge this is not Amazon and I was not expecting it to be delivered the next day. So, if you have time and are not expecting your order as a gift, then I think you will be fine.

GBAbsolutely love them Absolutely love them, thank you so much, we may send over another picture for you guys to create a different sticker for us to honor our baby girl we lost almost 2 months ago. We miss her so much, and your stickers of her on all of our cars make us smile everytime we see them! Have nothing but great things to say about you guys, its been many months and the stickers on all our cars are still just like the day we put em on! Thanks again guys!

GBTerrible Service, Great Concept Great concept, but terrible customer service. I created a phone case for my wife with a picture of our adopted lab and the words “Resting Bark Face” above it. Got the proof and everything looked fine so I ordered it. Fast forward to when I receive it, the letters R and E are cut off due to the camera hole. I reached out to them to see if they could fix it and told me no but here’s a 30% discount for a future purchase. Why would I spend more money on a company that I have zero faith in and doesn’t take care of their customers? I don’t understand why they would want such a bad looking result out in public representing their company either. If you want a poor quality product that they won’t stand behind, feel free to order. I would not recommend any of their products to anyone.

GBPrint not delivered Ordered a print on November 20 and paid extra to be “first in line” to assure it would arrive by Christmas since it was a gift. It’s now January 5 and it still has NOT ARRIVED. Terrible and unresponsive customer service.
