Love this company and the work they do! I recently found My Pet Prints and started with one order - a pillow with my dog's picture, It arrived on time, as promised. I was a little nervous as I took it out of the package. But, WOW, I couldn't have been happier. The quality of the pillow was perfect, and the artwork is fantastic. The best word to describe it is BEATIFU! I have since ordered stickers, a decal, a coffee cup and another pillow. Every item exceeds my expectation. I would recommend My Pet Prints without hesitation -- oh! I will be ordering more

Haven’t received my purchase and I… Haven’t received my purchase and I ordered it on May 2nd. On May 27th they emailed me the shipping info and to this day it still says the package has no tracking information yet and they are waiting on the shipper. I informed them countless times and finally a week after they tell me they will send another one. We are approaching two months and I still haven’t received my car decal. Great customer service This is the second time I ordered with this site, this time it was a canvas as a gift during the holidays, I did expect some delays so i couldn't be mad. The great thing about this site is if you are unhappy at all the with outcome of the design you can work with the artist to resolve any issues. I did have an issue with the eyes, the artist responded quickly and a week later fixed the issue. I greatly appreciate the time put in because the outcome was exceptional. Thank you mypetprints! i will continue to shop with you guys for any and all pet merch!

TOP NOTCH I have ordered 4 times from Mypetprints.com in the past 2-3 months. With each new item arriving, and being "better" than the last, I cannot wait to order from them again. The uniqueness of personalizing an item with a photo of a beloved pet, a part of ones family, truly a brilliant idea. Just wish I would have found them years ago! The customer service is unparalleled as well. Top notch company.

Print not delivered Ordered a print on November 20 and paid extra to be “first in line” to assure it would arrive by Christmas since it was a gift. It’s now January 5 and it still has NOT ARRIVED. Terrible and unresponsive customer service.
