GBThere is no way to make a payment… There is no way to make a payment "after hours" by phone. Or without chatting with them. This is ridiculous. There should be multiple ways to PAY anyway and how that a customer can. The number 888 870 229 has no evening access and the other phone number loops gives no option to make a payment only info. I guess this multi-million-dollar company is too cheap to make itself accessible, not everyone is happy with ONLINE payments! I guess the other option is that they WANT customers to have difficulty paying---that much seems to be true.

Each step was clearly explained and all of the financials were intensively clarified, even if they had to be repeated to me! GBBe careful Pennymac pulled my mortgage 2x in August (30 and 31) and I am struggling to get a return their in a timely fashion. This is my VA money. I have been asking for my money back and have been getting the run around. And them dragging their feet. Now they’re saying 14 business days!! This is completely unacceptable and causing excessive financial strain on my family and myself.
