FIVE STARS to Karla H. in customer service!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were having some questions/ concerns with our homeowners insurance policy, she patiently waited on us, spent almost an hour with us, guiding us, and walking us through the procedures that we needed to take to correct the situation! GBGood luck getting your escrow refund. Pennymac erroneously paid property taxes from escrow on a mortgage that had been satisfied back in mid-December. We have still not received the refund even after multiple contacts. They have kept/used our money for 3 months and it's still sitting in the escrow account. I would suggest telling your lender to absolutely not sell your mortgage to these crooks.

GBDisaster They messed up my escrow account and will not be accountable. Horrible customer service and won't give you a person to work with. My mortgage was sold to them. If you have a choice - never go there.

GBPennymac failed to pay land taxes… Pennymac failed to pay land taxes resulting in a lien being placed on our property. The customer service was worse than useless. Do not use.
