USRE-Fi to save $300 a month went easy… RE-Fi to save $300 a month went easy and fast closing! I have an FHA loan with unfortunate built-in PMI at around $400+ cost a month, which remains until I sell my home as this current RE-FI could not change since my income did not allow a change from FHA to conventional. Good experience all around with PennyMac.
