The customer service is terrible, the representatives lack training, very few professionals, when you have any loading problem the first thing I will do is They say that you contact the broker yourself to pay and the main thing with them is that you have no guarantee of any charge. I'm tired of TBS they need to get the… I'm tired of TBS they need to get the stuff together this is the third time that they deposit me someone else loads into my account . It's creating a mess on my account I shouldn't have to go through these I am the customer. I hope this review help them fix what is going on internally .I'm ready to leave tbs and I won't pay any penalties for leaving or breaking the contract . I've been with the company for 3 years… I've been with the company for 3 years and they're by far the worst company I've ever delt with. You can submit a load Friday at 1am and still won't get processed until Monday. They lie and say they're waiting on the broker but that's a lie. I've had brokers blind copy me on the email verifying the load was drop off. I tried to factor with another company they mad it so hard I ended up just staying. I'm definitely regretting that. They've gotten to big and don't know how to keep their customer satisfied with them.
