I advise any and everybody thats considering using this Factoring service not to because they have been a pain in my rear. You cant get anyone on the phone ever and you can barely get a email response from anyone. I'm one of the biggest customers they have and to be honest they treat me like I dont exist. I get emails and calls daily from my customers and brokers about receiving bols and invoices for loads we've complete months ago. Also customers that have a A or B rating that I do consistant business are being denied credit when they've paid their bills on time, they just haven't received an invoice from TBS Factoring Services. I'd suggest that if anyone is thinking about going with this company DONT!!!!!!!!!

Just finding out today Just finding out today, that PACA loads will not be factored. Perishable Agricultural Commodity Act (PACA). Fresh fruit, frozen fruit, vegetables Fresh or frozen. You will not be paid with TBS Factoring Services, unless the shipper are broker pays. What a bomber!!! What's the point? 01-27-2023

I worked with Kesha and Patricia I worked with Kesha and Patricia. Both were fantastic in helping me get going. I had family issues arise in the middle of getting setup and Kesha respected my wishes to be left alone to deal with them, knowing full well I was shopping around too. I didn’t get that respect from any of the other factoring companies. I just feel like they actually care about you.

TBS factoring is a complete rip off TBS factoring is a complete rip off! We’ve been with this company for 7 months and it’s been a headache. They’ve decided to start taking recourse fees from previous loads that companies haven’t paid them for, instead of reaching out and discussing the issue. How do you expect for companies to grow when you’re taking from them without any explanation? I’ll be glad when our contract ends! I suggest from now on reach out to the company explain to them about the recourse fees that are in question before you start taking money from loads that don’t coincide with the load you’re trying to collect on. Being professional is a plus!

Mr. Jones made sure that my questions were answered to the best of his knowledge and ensured me that if I needed any further assistance that I could always reach him by phone, email or his colleague to answer any questions or concerns.
