Stay away from this company Stay away from this company. They do not respect the rights of the clients. They do not answer la your calls or questions. I have been trying to get away from them since a long time from now. Long short story they keep saying that someone from the underwriting department will get in touch with me to give the release latter that I requested by a certified latter that I sent and they received and I am still waiting.

I'm tired of TBS they need to get the… I'm tired of TBS they need to get the stuff together this is the third time that they deposit me someone else loads into my account . It's creating a mess on my account I shouldn't have to go through these I am the customer. I hope this review help them fix what is going on internally .I'm ready to leave tbs and I won't pay any penalties for leaving or breaking the contract . Good luck This company has potential. Started off fine, if they would actually look at the paperwork submitted we could have avoided so many issues. Also, the lack of communication when there is a problem is horrendous.. good luck if you choose to deal with them.

This company owes me 13,300 and another… This company owes me 13,300 and another 3,300 for a direct bill that was back in Oct 2022..My buy in has been going on for 1 year and they still ain’t releasing my money..I’m going through a hardship with these people and I’m on the verge of loosing my company because of lack of cash flow…I can’t talk to nobody because the que is hard to get into.These people had change on us and they are robbing us..I’m going to fight these people to the end and going after a class a lawsuit..If anybody knows how we can come together and get what owe to us..Trucking is difficult right now and they making it even worse..If anybody can help so I can help others please reach out..

After almost ten years with TBS I have… After almost ten years with TBS I have say that issues are very rare since I keep a very easy way of doing business, by choosing very carefully whom iam doing business with it. But when issue arrives Thomicia Shaver is not the person to speak with to find a solution. Very unprofessional to the point that today 7/12/23 I am still waiting for her feed back when I was finally able to speak with her. People like this Thomicia Shaver gives companies a bad reputation, specially when you're dealing with a long time costumer.
