GBBeen with TBS Factoring since 2004 Been with TBS Factoring since 2004, and the last two years have been horrible. Customer service can't seem to keep up. I have no idea who my account rep is, they change so much. The biggest problem I'm having is the over billing the broker and over paying my account, and by the time I check my bank account at the end of the week, it's to late to correct. Now the chargebacks! 10% to 25% of your factored loads. That hurts when you start balancing your bank account. This year I have had over $12k in charge backs. Here we go again with the over billing the broker and over paying my account. I know that I double check my Exhibit B before I submit it, whom ever processing paperwork is Incompetent or haven't been trained well...I'm giving them the opportunity to get this corrected or it time to move to another Factoring Service. They keep me in a financial situation.

GBStay away from this company Stay away from this company. They do not respect the rights of the clients. They do not answer la your calls or questions. I have been trying to get away from them since a long time from now. Long short story they keep saying that someone from the underwriting department will get in touch with me to give the release latter that I requested by a certified latter that I sent and they received and I am still waiting.

GBThis company owes me 13,300 and another… This company owes me 13,300 and another 3,300 for a direct bill that was back in Oct 2022..My buy in has been going on for 1 year and they still ain’t releasing my money..I’m going through a hardship with these people and I’m on the verge of loosing my company because of lack of cash flow…I can’t talk to nobody because the que is hard to get into.These people had change on us and they are robbing us..I’m going to fight these people to the end and going after a class a lawsuit..If anybody knows how we can come together and get what owe to us..Trucking is difficult right now and they making it even worse..If anybody can help so I can help others please reach out..

GBRUN FAR AWAY!!!! Horrible customer service and they send out NOAs to Brokers who aren’t in your agreement. If you request an NOR they will not give you a copy because they send it out per your request one at a time for each broker so if you don’t know a broker has a NOA for you you’re stuck dealing with TBS until they get paid. It’s a web since you’ll always be waiting for them to get paid so they won’t fully release you with a blanket NOR. Then if you don’t do business for while they’ll claim they wasn’t paid so you can’t get a NOR then you’ll be arguing with brokers to pay them when they have been paid. Do not fall into their trap.
