the problem with tbs is that they will… the problem with tbs is that they will come back and hit you with chargebacks for loads you did over a year ago so basically end of day you are working for minus. They expect you to send in paperwork within 30 days but then they take forever to invoice. You will be out of business eventually the way they handle invoice collections. TBS is a nightmare. Now they are putting my money in escrow reserve. This company is in breach of contract. tbs takes forever to process charge backs, so thinking you made money, one year down the road they will deduct. better work without factoring company, just request quick pay from companies.

Been with TBS Factoring since 2004 Been with TBS Factoring since 2004, and the last two years have been horrible. Customer service can't seem to keep up. I have no idea who my account rep is, they change so much. The biggest problem I'm having is the over billing the broker and over paying my account, and by the time I check my bank account at the end of the week, it's to late to correct. Now the chargebacks! 10% to 25% of your factored loads. That hurts when you start balancing your bank account. This year I have had over $12k in charge backs. Here we go again with the over billing the broker and over paying my account. I know that I double check my Exhibit B before I submit it, whom ever processing paperwork is Incompetent or haven't been trained well...I'm giving them the opportunity to get this corrected or it time to move to another Factoring Service. They keep me in a financial situation.

I'm tired of TBS they need to get the… I'm tired of TBS they need to get the stuff together this is the third time that they deposit me someone else loads into my account . It's creating a mess on my account I shouldn't have to go through these I am the customer. I hope this review help them fix what is going on internally .I'm ready to leave tbs and I won't pay any penalties for leaving or breaking the contract . Mr. Jones made sure that my questions were answered to the best of his knowledge and ensured me that if I needed any further assistance that I could always reach him by phone, email or his colleague to answer any questions or concerns.

I worked with Kesha and Patricia I worked with Kesha and Patricia. Both were fantastic in helping me get going. I had family issues arise in the middle of getting setup and Kesha respected my wishes to be left alone to deal with them, knowing full well I was shopping around too. I didn’t get that respect from any of the other factoring companies. I just feel like they actually care about you.
