GBAfter almost ten years with TBS I have… After almost ten years with TBS I have say that issues are very rare since I keep a very easy way of doing business, by choosing very carefully whom iam doing business with it. But when issue arrives Thomicia Shaver is not the person to speak with to find a solution. Very unprofessional to the point that today 7/12/23 I am still waiting for her feed back when I was finally able to speak with her. People like this Thomicia Shaver gives companies a bad reputation, specially when you're dealing with a long time costumer.

GBHi Im the owner of Slocum Trucking… Hi Im the owner of Slocum Trucking Company an I am highly disappointed in TBS Factoring Services. I advise any and everybody thats considering using this Factoring service not to because they have been a pain in my rear. You cant get anyone on the phone ever and you can barely get a email response from anyone. I'm one of the biggest customers they have and to be honest they treat me like I dont exist. I get emails and calls daily from my customers and brokers about receiving bols and invoices for loads we've complete months ago. Also customers that have a A or B rating that I do consistant business are being denied credit when they've paid their bills on time, they just haven't received an invoice from TBS Factoring Services. I'd suggest that if anyone is thinking about going with this company DONT!!!!!!!!!

GBBeen with TBS Factoring since 2004 Been with TBS Factoring since 2004, and the last two years have been horrible. Customer service can't seem to keep up. I have no idea who my account rep is, they change so much. The biggest problem I'm having is the over billing the broker and over paying my account, and by the time I check my bank account at the end of the week, it's to late to correct. Now the chargebacks! 10% to 25% of your factored loads. That hurts when you start balancing your bank account. This year I have had over $12k in charge backs. Here we go again with the over billing the broker and over paying my account. I know that I double check my Exhibit B before I submit it, whom ever processing paperwork is Incompetent or haven't been trained well...I'm giving them the opportunity to get this corrected or it time to move to another Factoring Service. They keep me in a financial situation.

GBTBS is inconsistent and unreliable. TBS is inconsistent, unreliable and do not follow their policies set forth for the customer. Most of our factoring request are not paid in a timely manner. They are not a company that you can trust. Seek other factoring companies if you have a need for this service.

GBTo much headache To much headache. TBS has become very difficult to deal with it. For months I've been having problems with them, mainly communication and extremely difficult to get things resolved unless you star giving them bad reviews in social media, that's how they contact you right away just to protect their appearances. They have a good system, I give them that but the moment they make a mistake get ready to spend two days in the phone for something that if they would've had pay attention, It wouldn't be necessary to waste so much precious time.
