TBS factoring is a complete rip off TBS factoring is a complete rip off! We’ve been with this company for 7 months and it’s been a headache. They’ve decided to start taking recourse fees from previous loads that companies haven’t paid them for, instead of reaching out and discussing the issue. How do you expect for companies to grow when you’re taking from them without any explanation? I’ll be glad when our contract ends! I suggest from now on reach out to the company explain to them about the recourse fees that are in question before you start taking money from loads that don’t coincide with the load you’re trying to collect on. Being professional is a plus!

As a company owner As a company owner, I am with them by mistake, I do not recommend this factory to any company owner. The customer service is terrible, the representatives lack training, very few professionals, when you have any loading problem the first thing I will do is They say that you contact the broker yourself to pay and the main thing with them is that you have no guarantee of any charge. Please do not fall into their hands, in general sense this factory is useless. Regarding the factory they must train you regarding other factories because you really lack everything. I would not recommend this factoring company… TRUCKERS AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I would not recommend this factoring company. They do not respond to payment inquiries! Give you the runaround just to keep from paying honest working people!

After almost ten years with TBS I have… After almost ten years with TBS I have say that issues are very rare since I keep a very easy way of doing business, by choosing very carefully whom iam doing business with it. But when issue arrives Thomicia Shaver is not the person to speak with to find a solution. Very unprofessional to the point that today 7/12/23 I am still waiting for her feed back when I was finally able to speak with her. People like this Thomicia Shaver gives companies a bad reputation, specially when you're dealing with a long time costumer.
