I've been with the company for 3 years… I've been with the company for 3 years and they're by far the worst company I've ever delt with. You can submit a load Friday at 1am and still won't get processed until Monday. They lie and say they're waiting on the broker but that's a lie. I've had brokers blind copy me on the email verifying the load was drop off. I tried to factor with another company they mad it so hard I ended up just staying. I'm definitely regretting that. They've gotten to big and don't know how to keep their customer satisfied with them.

Stay away from this company Stay away from this company. They do not respect the rights of the clients. They do not answer la your calls or questions. I have been trying to get away from them since a long time from now. Long short story they keep saying that someone from the underwriting department will get in touch with me to give the release latter that I requested by a certified latter that I sent and they received and I am still waiting.

Good luck This company has potential. Started off fine, if they would actually look at the paperwork submitted we could have avoided so many issues. Also, the lack of communication when there is a problem is horrendous.. good luck if you choose to deal with them.

I'm tired of TBS they need to get the… I'm tired of TBS they need to get the stuff together this is the third time that they deposit me someone else loads into my account . It's creating a mess on my account I shouldn't have to go through these I am the customer. I hope this review help them fix what is going on internally .I'm ready to leave tbs and I won't pay any penalties for leaving or breaking the contract .
