Damn Damn. It's not working properly..

Instapay not Instant There is nothing instant about InstaPay. Stick to Zelle or other transfer services. Here’s my experience. I just borrowed money from a family member to cover some emergency expenses. Normally we use Zelle. Since I saw this new InstaPay service, my family member decided to try it. There is nothing instant about InstaPay. First, you have to sign up to InstaPay to receive the money. They don’t make this obvious before you send the money. After you sign up, you have to enter your card number—after which you will receive a notice that your card is ineligible to receive the money that was sent to you. They don’t say why either. Luckily, you do have the option to receive money with your checking account. That works—except that it doesn’t, because it takes 2 to 3 days to receive the money that you needed right now. Terrible, terrible, terrible service from Altura. The service is misleading, dishonest, and slow. Avoid under-developed services like InstaPay.

For Fast & Secure Payments, InstaPay is the way to go!! We've been with InstaPay for few years now, and are very satisfied with them, love how fast they respond to our emails, especially how fast we get paid, literally "insta" pay! very professional Company! Poor service It’s almost 48 hours but I didn’t receive my money . I don’t have trust to this company at all

Un trusted services in remitance This instapay and partner ria are the most terrible remitance center that has been approve by bank negara. We send 1700rm only nov 1 until today Nov 3 has not been send they said processing. I believe that this remitance must be review the contract and agreement and NOT to be renewed. When it is emergency cannot be trusted this instapay and ria remitance. Please don't use this instapay very trouble and not accurate.
