USSigned up with Human Interest a month… Signed up with Human Interest a month ago, and contributions are still not processed. I've reached out to customer service several times. They take days/weeks to respond. Will be taking our business elsewhere. Ridiculously slow!

USI cannot get my money from them I cannot get my money from them. Not sure if they scammed our company or not but do not give them $$$. I cannot get them to give me an answer and I made a distribution request 3 months ago. They give the answers such as it is being review!?! Stay away as I feel as they have stolen over $457,000 from our employees. Plus, you will rarely get a response.

USOnboarding with Human Interest was a… Onboarding with Human Interest was a great experience. They really anticipated all our questions and were ready with answers and solutions. Having access to their library of documents and how-to's is an added bonus!

USThis company is not competent This company is not competent. 401k administration has to be the lowest-value, simplest business on the planet, but these people can't manage to run a functional website, manage basic security, or even complete the most basic functions, like generating and sending regular statements. Human Interest is a joke. I honestly don't believe my funds are safe with this company. They way they manage OTP verification is ludicrous.
