Lots of problems Lots of problems - said that they would be available to answer employee questions, but actually were only available for the business owner's questions, but even then gave conflicting information. Feels like they will tell you what you want when you're signing up and then tell you the truth once you've paid them. Terrible customer service - their general support is almost non-existent, won't answer numerous emails and calls.

Negative Stars if Possible! Zero stars! Run! One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Onboarding is useless and my trainer had no clue what he was talking about. Transferred $14k and it's been MIA for 3 mths. Made promises during sign up that they refused to keep and I battled for over a mth. We send funds and 2 months later they are still not deposited in 401k and show pending. New people signup and they don't communicate with our payroll company to deduct those funds, so they go mths without a deposit until I happen to notice it. Sent out onboarding to entire company without even telling me they were and what they sent had the wrong match %. Constantly sending invites to signup to employees that aren't eligible. Impossible to responses from anyone, even the managers. I cannot leave this company fast enough. There is so much more I could share.

Customer service is so poor Customer service is so poor. I call, email suppport and leave voice mails and there is impossible to reach a human. I have an inquiry they need to resolve and it has been open for weeks. Impossible to get through to anyone who can help. What is the point of a customer support email or phone number if it doesn't actually get you support?!

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars i would. Nothing but problems from this service. Slow processing of funds and contributions, and even slower for customer support: they take 3 weeks to a month to work on any of your requests. 2 weeks to get an answer on if I can get a distribution, a week and half for that issue to be solved after, and now 2 weeks and counting on waiting for my money. I've wasted a month doing what Guideline does for you in a day. If your employer uses Human Interest, I would sign up with a different service. Terrible experience would not recommend.

Our company recently switched to Human… Our company recently switched to Human Interest and its the worst customer service I’ve experienced in 20 years. No response or have to follow up multiple times. One time I finally talked to someone and it sounded like he was walking outside eating his lunch. Completely unacceptable and would stay away from using them.
