Human Interest is the worst service… Human Interest is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. I am the VP of HR at a 270 person company. Human Interest failed us multiple times and refused to correct their mistakes. They caused headaches, money, and compliance issues. They should be audited and shut down.

Negative Stars if Possible! Zero stars! Run! One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Onboarding is useless and my trainer had no clue what he was talking about. Transferred $14k and it's been MIA for 3 mths. Made promises during sign up that they refused to keep and I battled for over a mth. We send funds and 2 months later they are still not deposited in 401k and show pending. New people signup and they don't communicate with our payroll company to deduct those funds, so they go mths without a deposit until I happen to notice it. Sent out onboarding to entire company without even telling me they were and what they sent had the wrong match %. Constantly sending invites to signup to employees that aren't eligible. Impossible to responses from anyone, even the managers. I cannot leave this company fast enough. There is so much more I could share.

Customer service is so poor Customer service is so poor. I call, email suppport and leave voice mails and there is impossible to reach a human. I have an inquiry they need to resolve and it has been open for weeks. Impossible to get through to anyone who can help. What is the point of a customer support email or phone number if it doesn't actually get you support?!

Can't get in touch with them for loan Can't get in touch with them to take out a loan, have been trying for 3 weeks. They are holding my money hostage, effectively.

This company is not competent This company is not competent. 401k administration has to be the lowest-value, simplest business on the planet, but these people can't manage to run a functional website, manage basic security, or even complete the most basic functions, like generating and sending regular statements. Human Interest is a joke. I honestly don't believe my funds are safe with this company. They way they manage OTP verification is ludicrous.
