Progress Residential damages neighbor's property, avoids issue for 3.5 months and counting. One of the Progress Residential staff at a property neighboring mine ran my mailbox over. I have Ring video footage, a police report, email threads, a case number (03619924), and so on. It has been nearly 4 months since I initially contacted them, and my mailbox is still sitting on top of a coffee table. I have contacted them 5 times over the past 4 months. They refuse to give me a direct contact, instead insisting that I wait for a "leadership member" or my case manager to get back to me. Meanwhile, I see workers of theirs on-site at least once a week. I don't even rent from them, but if they treat their neighbors this poorly, I can only imagine how they treat their tenants.

Please stay away from this company Please stay away from this company. I have been having issues with water coming in the lower level of my home for over a month. They keep having send plumbing people to the home and the plumbers keep saying its a foundation issue. They still have not sent anyone to check the foundation. I have about 2 inches of water in my home and they have not sent anyone to get the water out of my home. This is suppose to be an emergency and they always having people coming the next day. I have videos and documentation. I will be taking legal action on this company.

I wish I checked the rating before… I wish I checked the rating before starting an application with PR last week. I applied for a property they have listed and pay for the app fees ( my wife and I $100) and a holding fee of $250. Completed the app and the next day, Friday, I received a link to complete the income verification which we did. Saturday someone contacted me to check if everything went well and confirmed they had all they need. Today, Monday I received an email stating they could not move on with the process because the application was incomplete. I call a number and the person said that I needed to apply again and couldn't tell me why or what was missing on my application. She keep saying the link to verify the income had expired and that I didn't completed it. I try to understand how I could I have input my info if the link was expired. No answer. They want me to apply again and pay again. When I asked for my $250 retention fees she said it would take about 30 days before I get it back. Sounds to me a lot like a SCAM

Constructive really first people are… Constructive really first people are struggling to pay rent and my rent goes up than it almost went up to $2600.00 and other problems keep popping up. Most of us renter's pay half the rent than pay the rest of the remainder of the rent upon calling and scheduling payment arrangements and now we are told no more payment arrangements so that leaves us and the other renter's having to break our leases and move out. Are you guys trying to keep people or are you trying to get rid of your renter's. Honestly there was a reason why my neighbor said the house I'm currently renting was not being occupied for a couple of years because the rent was too high. I thought I had a home to stay but now I must take my family elsewhere because I can't afford to pay rent anymore and to get out and break my lease it would cost me $4000.00 so I am stuck with a month to month till April. Be very careful shop around for a more credible Rental Company.

If you could give no stars If you could give no stars, I would. Be prepared to pay thousands of dollars to live in an unsafe, poorly put together, half @$$ “refinished” home. We’ve begged and pleaded for help to get out of our lease as we’ve dealt with neighbors pulling weapons on our 4 year old and their only response is “break the lease for $5k” “transfer to one of our homes for $400+ more a month but you’ll have to pay $4k before you can do it” or “get over it”. We’ve raised concern after concern, and because we resigned our lease, because the move out list will cost you $3k in “cleaning for the next residents” we CHOSE to stay here & be threatened everyday. You can not get out of a progress home without draining every dime you’ve ever made and they don’t care.
