GBGiving one star because I have to give… Giving one star because I have to give something. My advice is to not even engage with this company. My son started application and was notified of change of location within 24 hours. He immediately contacted the company to let notify them of the change and stop the process. Agent implied everything was fine and no app was competed. The still continue to try to charge him the$285 application fee. Ironically house is still available two months later. BEWARE...THEY MAKE MONEY OFF APPLICATION FEES! Reporting them to HUD.

GBWorst experience ever!! Worst experience ever!!! Before our lease was up, we still had some things in the home BEFORE our lease was up. Progress already had the home listed and 2 days before our move our day came in and removed our belongings. Washer and dryer, safe, zero turn lawnmower, personal documents and 90% of our clothes. Will not return my calls to tell me anything. I know it was Progress for sure!

GBSUBLEASING Okay so I have been subleasing at an Atlanta property for a year now. I was told I had to maintain everything myself. They cut my yard twice since I've stayed here and then all of a sudden stopped. Just today a man was lingering outside of my front and back doors peeping in my window. I went outside and saw him and he didn't say anything and it was a PROGRESS RENTAL TRUCK. My stairs are breaking off. There is no central AC/Heat. Insects have become a problem as well. No help with maintenance at all. When I signed my lease it stated I had to do everything myself..after reading these reviews I don't know if I'm being scammed or not..

GBstay away stay away they are a criminal enterprise I owned multiple properties before divorce and was forced out rented from these schmucks and will never do that again fuzzy math, no personal interaction, takes 10 days in 90 degree weather to get the air conditioner fixed and if you complain they ignore you I couldmgo on but just get the idea they are horrible find a private owned property you will be better off

GBConstructive really first people are… Constructive really first people are struggling to pay rent and my rent goes up than it almost went up to $2600.00 and other problems keep popping up. Most of us renter's pay half the rent than pay the rest of the remainder of the rent upon calling and scheduling payment arrangements and now we are told no more payment arrangements so that leaves us and the other renter's having to break our leases and move out. Are you guys trying to keep people or are you trying to get rid of your renter's. Honestly there was a reason why my neighbor said the house I'm currently renting was not being occupied for a couple of years because the rent was too high. I thought I had a home to stay but now I must take my family elsewhere because I can't afford to pay rent anymore and to get out and break my lease it would cost me $4000.00 so I am stuck with a month to month till April. Be very careful shop around for a more credible Rental Company.
