USI pray it gets better! I have been in the same house for 7 years! Haven Brooks had it first and it was wayyyyy better. I was so pissed and felt like they were just picking on me but after reading these comments- it appears they treat every tenant like trash. It saddens me and I know the day I move out will be a breath of fresh air and a headache. This is so ridiculous. I can’t believe they are getting away with this treatment. Since being in this house- 3 companies have bought it. Maybe God will grant some grace for a fourth to buy it and that company actually care. The problems I am facing- charging me for unexplainable services, too many reps saying different things, rent keeps increasing, they don’t reply back to emails- it is an automatic system. I am pretty sure they copy and paste like they do under our posts. I was contacted by their collections department and after explaining the situation- the rep asked me to send all receipts, emails and he told me he would handle the issue and reverse the late fees. And guess what- it is still accumulating! They charge $15 a month for an admin fee, since my utilities have been in their name- it has been 3xs higher.

USA truly awful experience I had a truly awful experience with Progress Residential. My family and I applied to rent a property and paid a $200 holding fee (besides the $250 application fee). After they rejected our application, probably based on discrimination since we are Hispanic, we were expecting our $200 refund within a month. We're now far beyond that date, and we still haven't received our money. We've reached out multiple times, but there's been no solution. It's extremely frustrating to be promised something and then have nothing come of it. Given the lack of response and their failure to honor their word, I can't recommend Progress Residential. If you're considering working with them, be aware! Their business practices are unacceptable, and they should be held accountable. In my view, 1 star is too much, I would come back to give them 5 NEGATIVE STARS if this website provides me that option in the future. This experience has been a total waste of our time.

USI thought this company cared about its renters I thought this company cared about its renters, they do not. They would rather process an eviction than give us 4 extra days to pay the rest of our rent. They took a partial payment and still won't work with us for the rest. My mother is on the lease. She is an 80 year old disabled veteran that is on oxygen and near bed bound. I tried explaining this to progress, and they didn't care. Don't be fooled. They say they care and want to help, but their actions say otherwise The person who replied emailed me once, and then nothing.

USRented a house/Need my security deposit. Rented a house; all funds paid in full. They never did a walk through inspection before move in or after I moved out. Upon my scheduled move in date the house was dirty. Construction blue tapes every where and cement on the floors. Garbage disposal did not work (workmen tried to fix several times to no avail), lights and socket on side of stove did not work. Closet has sheet racks that keeps falling off the wall (Worker left the shelves in the garage to return for it and I moved out and left it there). The back sliding door was not lockable; needed a new latch but it was never replaced. Walls were not properly painted and with visible spots all over. Garage door malfunctions and unable to close for hours on several occasions. Tile floors cracked and I watched as the cracks got bigger, during the summer time I have to spend a lot on pest control to get rid of ants that came up through the cracks. They double bill for utilities or have a community system where they add and divide the utilities. My water bill jumped from $74 to over $300 and no redress. They kept increasing the utilities and even though I paid my bills monthly every quarter it appeared that I was being billed again for payments already made. These people are the worst landlords I have every experienced. Run, Run as fast as you can. Now they are finding every reason in the world to not return by security deposit. Seeking legal advice.

USBOGUS !! applied for a home with this company , and wish i would've read the reviews before wasting my time ... i make 5x's the listed rent and was denied because of "too many phone numbers" on my credit report . that's insane ! but I'm actually glad I didn't get approved sound like I would've hated having to deal with their carelessness and lack of compassion and understanding. luckily I wasn't scammed out of anything but $20
