GBBOGUS !! applied for a home with this company , and wish i would've read the reviews before wasting my time ... i make 5x's the listed rent and was denied because of "too many phone numbers" on my credit report . that's insane ! but I'm actually glad I didn't get approved sound like I would've hated having to deal with their carelessness and lack of compassion and understanding. luckily I wasn't scammed out of anything but $20

GBOnboarding discussion was awesome! Bill Bird was our onboarding specialist. He was very helpfull when explaining the onboarding process. We’ve rented with Progress before, so we know how all of this works, but it was good to get a refresher! Appreciate Bill’s discussion and ability to answer any questions. Thank you!

GBstay away stay away they are a criminal enterprise I owned multiple properties before divorce and was forced out rented from these schmucks and will never do that again fuzzy math, no personal interaction, takes 10 days in 90 degree weather to get the air conditioner fixed and if you complain they ignore you I couldmgo on but just get the idea they are horrible find a private owned property you will be better off

GBI thought this company cared about its renters I thought this company cared about its renters, they do not. They would rather process an eviction than give us 4 extra days to pay the rest of our rent. They took a partial payment and still won't work with us for the rest. My mother is on the lease. She is an 80 year old disabled veteran that is on oxygen and near bed bound. I tried explaining this to progress, and they didn't care. Don't be fooled. They say they care and want to help, but their actions say otherwise The person who replied emailed me once, and then nothing.

GBI have been homeless for almost a month… I have been homeless for almost a month now. They have my deposit and first months rent. I transferred utilities and was rushed to address insurance concerns as far as adding them to the policy. They’ve kept me in limbo because of work orders and now the work orders are done I’m still homeless with no answer to when I can move in now that the property is habitable. No sense of urgency and I find it scammerish to have me move out my property and leave me with nowhere to go because they decided to do a walk through a day before move in and discover work orders. Definitely finding a lawyer.
