I pray it gets better! I have been in the same house for 7 years! Haven Brooks had it first and it was wayyyyy better. I was so pissed and felt like they were just picking on me but after reading these comments- it appears they treat every tenant like trash. It saddens me and I know the day I move out will be a breath of fresh air and a headache. This is so ridiculous. I can’t believe they are getting away with this treatment. Since being in this house- 3 companies have bought it. Maybe God will grant some grace for a fourth to buy it and that company actually care. The problems I am facing- charging me for unexplainable services, too many reps saying different things, rent keeps increasing, they don’t reply back to emails- it is an automatic system. I am pretty sure they copy and paste like they do under our posts. I was contacted by their collections department and after explaining the situation- the rep asked me to send all receipts, emails and he told me he would handle the issue and reverse the late fees. And guess what- it is still accumulating! They charge $15 a month for an admin fee, since my utilities have been in their name- it has been 3xs higher.

BOGUS !! applied for a home with this company , and wish i would've read the reviews before wasting my time ... i make 5x's the listed rent and was denied because of "too many phone numbers" on my credit report . that's insane ! but I'm actually glad I didn't get approved sound like I would've hated having to deal with their carelessness and lack of compassion and understanding. luckily I wasn't scammed out of anything but $20

They are absolute trash They are absolute trash! And am disgusted and ashamed I have moved into another home. However they are trying to say from my previous home that I owe fifteen hundred from Jan to Feb last bill of sewer, water and trash from one month. When it is there portion owed, I have case after case of when I stayed in the unit of an overcharged sewer bill of four hundred dollars. Austin Crumbly called the city and found out progressive owes it from leaving sprinkler system on. Now I can't get him to respond to email or call, then it's someone hiding behind a pastresidentdisputes For my money I will take legal action if they don't give my money, out of twenty three ninety five thousand deposit they pay me eight hundred and fifty seven and some change, my charges for home were only one hundred and fifteen, I paid my last utility bill of fifty four dollars in February which is when I moved, so I should receive around over fourteen hundred thousand. It's sad people have to go thru this, I'll never stay in another home of theirs after this nor will i recommend!!

I thought this company cared about its renters I thought this company cared about its renters, they do not. They would rather process an eviction than give us 4 extra days to pay the rest of our rent. They took a partial payment and still won't work with us for the rest. My mother is on the lease. She is an 80 year old disabled veteran that is on oxygen and near bed bound. I tried explaining this to progress, and they didn't care. Don't be fooled. They say they care and want to help, but their actions say otherwise The person who replied emailed me once, and then nothing.

If you could give no stars If you could give no stars, I would. Be prepared to pay thousands of dollars to live in an unsafe, poorly put together, half @$$ “refinished” home. We’ve begged and pleaded for help to get out of our lease as we’ve dealt with neighbors pulling weapons on our 4 year old and their only response is “break the lease for $5k” “transfer to one of our homes for $400+ more a month but you’ll have to pay $4k before you can do it” or “get over it”. We’ve raised concern after concern, and because we resigned our lease, because the move out list will cost you $3k in “cleaning for the next residents” we CHOSE to stay here & be threatened everyday. You can not get out of a progress home without draining every dime you’ve ever made and they don’t care.
