AAOA helps me so much AAOA helps me so much as a small-time landlord. The user-friendly online resources are priceless. I've had only one time that I needed to speak to a human, and those whom I spoke with were incredibly courteous and helpful. I've passed this resource on to other property owners with full confidence.

I use AAOA to run all the back ground… I use AAOA to run all the back ground checks on potential tenants for my properties. It is extremely fast, priced fairly and gives you excellent information. Very trustworthy.

After purchasing the upgraded program… After purchasing the upgraded program it did not meet my needs. AAOA graciously refunded my money in full.

AAOA is the best deal I have found This is one of the easiest background checks to perform and it is accurate. The forms are easy to complete and yet have enough information to stand up in all courts. If you are a landlord of any size AAOA is the best deal I have found.

There is a difference There is a difference! I had previously used a different company, basically does the same thing, but there was a HUGE difference! The information was much more detailed and much more usable information that is available to you and oh, what a surprise.. Customer Service! AAOA had great customer service and for me, that is the most important!
