Disconnect between forms and services The verification process was good but used the comprehensive application form and it didn't collect work history for C-8 applicant like your verification process does. Forms should match the other services you offer. Disappointing to see the disconnect between available products and services. UPDATE: AAOA was quick to call me to discuss how the forms could be made to be more easily used. It was decided that each co-applicant should fill out their own application, and that a statement to such will be on new forms. Awesome response bu AAOA staff! However, after thinking about it discussing the issue didn't resolve it (yet) so the lichert scale score is still appropriate until they actually have the new wording.
