AAOA is the best deal I have found This is one of the easiest background checks to perform and it is accurate. The forms are easy to complete and yet have enough information to stand up in all courts. If you are a landlord of any size AAOA is the best deal I have found.

Disconnect between forms and services The verification process was good but used the comprehensive application form and it didn't collect work history for C-8 applicant like your verification process does. Forms should match the other services you offer. Disappointing to see the disconnect between available products and services. UPDATE: AAOA was quick to call me to discuss how the forms could be made to be more easily used. It was decided that each co-applicant should fill out their own application, and that a statement to such will be on new forms. Awesome response bu AAOA staff! However, after thinking about it discussing the issue didn't resolve it (yet) so the lichert scale score is still appropriate until they actually have the new wording.

AAOA - best site I've used for background checks! I used to use National Association of Independent Landlords. But decided to try AAOA. Well, in terms of getting the reports I need to check on potential tenants, the information AAOA is quick and thorough. There are no hoops to jump through either to get the reports. They also offer many other useful perks when you join as a member.

There is a difference There is a difference! I had previously used a different company, basically does the same thing, but there was a HUGE difference! The information was much more detailed and much more usable information that is available to you and oh, what a surprise.. Customer Service! AAOA had great customer service and for me, that is the most important!
