The information was much more detailed and much more usable information that is available to you and oh, what a surprise.. Customer Service! AAOA had great customer service and for me, that is the most important!

Well, in terms of getting the reports I need to check on potential tenants, the information AAOA is quick and thorough. There are no hoops to jump through either to get the reports.
