Super easy to fill out Super easy to fill out! I've not looked at the report yet, so I can't speak to the quality of the data at this point. It was easy to join, cost is reasonable, and filling out the background check documentation online was a breeze!

Need better application forms Overall, I'm impressed with the site. But I think it would make very much sense to design application forms specific to what is needed for each package. For instance, one form for what is needed to process the blue package. The basic application form contains so much more information that was needed for my package - that I felt it was somewhat a violation of the tenant's privacy, given that I don't really want to have all that additional information.

Easy tenant screening It was very easy to order a tenant screening report. The staff at AAOA was readily available to help me understand the report and answer all of my questions. I will definitely use AAOA for all my landlord resources and questions.

Paul was extremely helpful and… Paul was extremely helpful and represents the best customer service practices. He quickly resolved my issue and provided me with a very satisfying solution. I will definitely use AAOA's products again as I have a high opinion of the company as a direct result of Paul's superior support. Thank you~

AAOA is the best deal I have found This is one of the easiest background checks to perform and it is accurate. The forms are easy to complete and yet have enough information to stand up in all courts. If you are a landlord of any size AAOA is the best deal I have found.
