Moving into the apartment was very… Moving into the apartment was very smooth sailing! The landlord was extremely nice and super helpful when moving our stuff. I also placed a notice for help for our garbage disposal and same day they were able to help fix it within 20 minutes of asking them. Everything so far has been a delightful experience.

In good hands Not gonna lie, was pretty untrusting of apartments after my last one screwed me over time and time again but Liz has genuinely restored my faith in people. Always answers and responds to calls and questions. Never makes you feel bad for requests. And when they say they’re going to get something done, they do.

My brother Shawn and I were looking at… My brother Shawn and I were looking at multiple town homes in Santa Rosa. We found Brush Creek Town homes online. After meeting with Lizette we knew right away that this was going to be the place we wanted to move into to make our new home. They have a beautiful property with a dog park and beautiful town homes. Lizette was very informative and very professional I would strongly recommend her to my friends and family.

Our experience was great. Our experience was great. Liz, the on-site manager was very helpful throughout the whole process. She got back to me in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. The move-in process was easy and we felt welcomed. Aaron, from maintenance, was also very helpful with some PG&E issues we had on our move-in date. Overall, management and staff are doing a wonderful job and we are pleased to be living here.
