After meeting with Lizette we knew right away that this was going to be the place we wanted to move into to make our new home. They have a beautiful property with a dog park and beautiful town homes. Lizette was very informative and very professional I would strongly recommend her to my friends and family.

Liz is the best! Recently relocated to Santa Rosa and was having a tough time finding a place that I actually liked until Liz stepped in and saved me! Communication is great, if I ever need anything (big or small) attended to, she and her team generally get it handled that day. I’m very very happy with the level of care and service I’ve received from Liz and the Renaissance Housing Community staff.

From the moment she first showed me the place I knew it was going to be great - so well maintained, with such down-to-earth, professional, and friendly staff. I have not been disappointed. Liz has been extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns, and when I've needed even minor repairs they have been attended to within 24 hours by the talented maintenance staff. I had one negative experience with another tenant and Liz dealt with it tactfully and swiftly. I feel completely safe and supported here. Best experience I've had in decades of renting. Kudos.
