From the moment I moved in, Liz was incredibly helpful and always made sure our needs were taken care of. The environment she maintains is top-notch, always clean and inviting. Liz is the best! Recently relocated to Santa Rosa and was having a tough time finding a place that I actually liked until Liz stepped in and saved me! Communication is great, if I ever need anything (big or small) attended to, she and her team generally get it handled that day. I’m very very happy with the level of care and service I’ve received from Liz and the Renaissance Housing Community staff.

The move-in process was easy and we felt welcomed. Aaron, from maintenance, was also very helpful with some PG&E issues we had on our move-in date. Overall, management and staff are doing a wonderful job and we are pleased to be living here.

Responsive, Professional, Excellent Property Management I cannot say enough about Liz Gallagos and her staff at Parc Sonoma. From the moment she first showed me the place I knew it was going to be great - so well maintained, with such down-to-earth, professional, and friendly staff. I have not been disappointed. Liz has been extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns, and when I've needed even minor repairs they have been attended to within 24 hours by the talented maintenance staff. I had one negative experience with another tenant and Liz dealt with it tactfully and swiftly. I feel completely safe and supported here. Best experience I've had in decades of renting. Kudos. I’ve been a resident since 2020 and… I’ve been a resident since 2020 and have not experienced any better service / quick response until Liz got here . Liz & Aaron made sure that I didn’t go long with a necessity in my apartment and gave me daily calls / text (without ANY attitude ) to keep me updated on when my problem would be fixed .
