Moving into the apartment was very… Moving into the apartment was very smooth sailing! The landlord was extremely nice and super helpful when moving our stuff. I also placed a notice for help for our garbage disposal and same day they were able to help fix it within 20 minutes of asking them. Everything so far has been a delightful experience.

The move-in process was easy and we felt welcomed. Aaron, from maintenance, was also very helpful with some PG&E issues we had on our move-in date. Overall, management and staff are doing a wonderful job and we are pleased to be living here.

From the moment she first showed me the place I knew it was going to be great - so well maintained, with such down-to-earth, professional, and friendly staff. I have not been disappointed. Liz has been extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns, and when I've needed even minor repairs they have been attended to within 24 hours by the talented maintenance staff. I had one negative experience with another tenant and Liz dealt with it tactfully and swiftly. I feel completely safe and supported here. Best experience I've had in decades of renting. Kudos. My brother Shawn and I were looking at… My brother Shawn and I were looking at multiple town homes in Santa Rosa. We found Brush Creek Town homes online. After meeting with Lizette we knew right away that this was going to be the place we wanted to move into to make our new home. They have a beautiful property with a dog park and beautiful town homes. Lizette was very informative and very professional I would strongly recommend her to my friends and family.
