Not good landlords Not good landlords Poor management Right now they’re doing construction next to my apartment in an area tenants are supposed to have access to. I haven’t been able to use my window on that side of the unit for 2 days because they have it tarped over. This wasn’t announced to me at any point. They also don’t hold tenants to any sort of a noise restriction as is included in their lease. I plan on moving as soon as possible after having been here too long San Rafael Marin landing apartments

From the moment I moved in, Liz was incredibly helpful and always made sure our needs were taken care of. The environment she maintains is top-notch, always clean and inviting. I couldn't have asked for a better landlord! Highly recommend! 😊🏠🌟

Maintenance Response is amazing Over the last 10 months of living at the Brush Creek Townhomes I’v had nothing great experiences with its maintenance crew. They always respond fast and get anything I ask for fixed in a timely professional way. I highly recommend renting from any of the Renaissance run facilities.

Liz is the best! Recently relocated to Santa Rosa and was having a tough time finding a place that I actually liked until Liz stepped in and saved me! Communication is great, if I ever need anything (big or small) attended to, she and her team generally get it handled that day. I’m very very happy with the level of care and service I’ve received from Liz and the Renaissance Housing Community staff.

I love where I live I love where I live. It's a family friendly environment. Management and maintenance is a superb team. They are are very professional, friendly and get the job done all the time.
