Maintenance Response is amazing Over the last 10 months of living at the Brush Creek Townhomes I’v had nothing great experiences with its maintenance crew. They always respond fast and get anything I ask for fixed in a timely professional way. I highly recommend renting from any of the Renaissance run facilities.

Acknowledgement for Being Great My family, and I have lived here for about 6 years now, and since Liz took over as manager we’ve received the most efficient services whenever we have questions, or anything needs to be done! Professional, and knows how to do her job above and beyond! Its really hard to find people that are efficient in what they do, and have an excellent attitude! If anything in the apartment needs to be done they are on it in a quickness we couldn’t be more grateful, and content with the services we’ve been provided. Thank you Liz for everything you do, and of course Renaissance Housing Communities for having excellent taste, and hiring Liz!

Not good landlords Not good landlords Poor management Right now they’re doing construction next to my apartment in an area tenants are supposed to have access to. I haven’t been able to use my window on that side of the unit for 2 days because they have it tarped over. This wasn’t announced to me at any point. They also don’t hold tenants to any sort of a noise restriction as is included in their lease. I plan on moving as soon as possible after having been here too long San Rafael Marin landing apartments

I been living here at brush creek… I been living here at brush creek townhomes for 3 years I love it it here and we need something we need Liz is always helping us when we need some type of service she is very helpful.

In good hands Not gonna lie, was pretty untrusting of apartments after my last one screwed me over time and time again but Liz has genuinely restored my faith in people. Always answers and responds to calls and questions. Never makes you feel bad for requests. And when they say they’re going to get something done, they do.
