I have enjoyed our time here I have enjoyed our time here. Maintenance has been responsive and helpful. Neighbors are quiet for the most part. It's a nice community. My frustrations lie with the parking situation at Brush Creek Town Homes. There is a single household here within the 16ish Units that has upwards of 5 vehicles that are all parked in the uncovered spots and the spot that is SUPPOSED to be restricted. I have asked for management to step in, as it's a hassle for the rest of the residents. I think that each house should be allowed a single parking permit for uncovered parking. This would much improve the parking issues. As well as force people with MULTIPLE CARS (when residents are only allowed 2 vehicles) to figure it out without ruining it for everyone else.

Maintenance Response is amazing Over the last 10 months of living at the Brush Creek Townhomes I’v had nothing great experiences with its maintenance crew. They always respond fast and get anything I ask for fixed in a timely professional way. I highly recommend renting from any of the Renaissance run facilities.

From the moment I moved in, Liz was incredibly helpful and always made sure our needs were taken care of. The environment she maintains is top-notch, always clean and inviting. I have had a great experience living in… I have had a great experience living in Link Apartments. My property manager is quick in responding when there’s an issue, the maintenance is kept up, and it’s a great apartment. Very cozy! My property manager is very caring and friendly so she makes it very easy to come to her for anything. I really appreciate that. Property is clean and quiet as well.

Acknowledgement for Being Great My family, and I have lived here for about 6 years now, and since Liz took over as manager we’ve received the most efficient services whenever we have questions, or anything needs to be done! Professional, and knows how to do her job above and beyond! Its really hard to find people that are efficient in what they do, and have an excellent attitude! If anything in the apartment needs to be done they are on it in a quickness we couldn’t be more grateful, and content with the services we’ve been provided.
