GBSold our home in 6 days and saved a ton… Sold our home in 6 days and saved a ton of money by doing it ourselves (remodeling, cleaning, staging, open house, some repairs), which probably would have done anyway with a realtor. We purchased a $1,600 package but, would have been just fine with $600 one. Transaction was smooth, we communicated with the byer's agent directly with no problems. Would absolutely use again in the future.

GBWhat HomeLister advertises is TRUE! We used Homelister to sell our house in Southern California in early 2022, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Everything we read on their website was TRUE! We saved A LOT by following their instructions (e.g., staging, etc.) and we accepted an offer above our asking price three days after listing. Our assigned agent, Tami, was responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. The team who handled our paperwork and forms were attentive to details and helpful when we had questions.
