We listed a lot of pics and description of our property and had an open house listed on website also. We received 4 offers the first day of open house (during Covid). Great service I was a bit wary at first, but Homelister helped sell my property quickly (under contract within 8 days)! I saved about $15k by avoiding the seller’s realtor fee. (I did offer to pay a 2.5% buyer’s realtor fee and that indeed was where the best offer came from.) As a seller you just need to be attentive to the guidelines provided by Homelister, and be capable of showing your property professionally. The savings were definitely worth the effort. I recommend Homelister to anyone who is willing and able to represent their property in exchange for serious $ savings.

HomeLister did everything they promised… HomeLister did everything they promised and more. We followed the advice to get ready for the pictures and as a result, the pictures came out beautifully - though the photographer was also prompt, professional and very nice. The For Sale sign went up immediately after going live on MLS. Finally, we called twice to get advice when we were in negotiations with the buyer(s). The advice was invaluable. We sold quickly for a good price. We are very happy with HomeLister and would recommend them to everyone!
