Great service I was a bit wary at first, but Homelister helped sell my property quickly (under contract within 8 days)! I saved about $15k by avoiding the seller’s realtor fee. (I did offer to pay a 2.5% buyer’s realtor fee and that indeed was where the best offer came from.) As a seller you just need to be attentive to the guidelines provided by Homelister, and be capable of showing your property professionally. The savings were definitely worth the effort. What HomeLister advertises is TRUE! We used Homelister to sell our house in Southern California in early 2022, and it was one of the best decisions we made.
