HomeLister did everything they promised… HomeLister did everything they promised and more. We followed the advice to get ready for the pictures and as a result, the pictures came out beautifully - though the photographer was also prompt, professional and very nice. The For Sale sign went up immediately after going live on MLS. Finally, we called twice to get advice when we were in negotiations with the buyer(s). The advice was invaluable. We sold quickly for a good price. We are very happy with HomeLister and would recommend them to everyone!

Our experience has been awful Our experience has been awful. Every step of the way they delayed the process. When our home went under contract we didn’t hear from them for weeks! our buyer backed out and now we want to put it back on the market and homelister has us trapped by not responding to our emails. We cannot get our home back on the market as long as they keep it as “pending” on the MLS and they will not communicate with us about taking it down! Legally this should be done within 24 hours! We are beyond frustrated !

After being listed for 33 days I was told they were terminating my listing the next day and I owe them $500 obviously I’m not paying it. I’d recommend homecoin I here good things.

We listed a lot of pics and description of our property and had an open house listed on website also. We received 4 offers the first day of open house (during Covid).
