USSold our home in 6 days and saved a ton… Sold our home in 6 days and saved a ton of money by doing it ourselves (remodeling, cleaning, staging, open house, some repairs), which probably would have done anyway with a realtor. We purchased a $1,600 package but, would have been just fine with $600 one. Transaction was smooth, we communicated with the byer's agent directly with no problems. Would absolutely use again in the future.

USHomeLister did everything they promised… HomeLister did everything they promised and more. We followed the advice to get ready for the pictures and as a result, the pictures came out beautifully - though the photographer was also prompt, professional and very nice. The For Sale sign went up immediately after going live on MLS. Finally, we called twice to get advice when we were in negotiations with the buyer(s). The advice was invaluable. We sold quickly for a good price. We are very happy with HomeLister and would recommend them to everyone!

USExcellent service!! Excellent service!!! Why paid a realtor thousands of dollars for something you can do on your own? We listed a lot of pics and description of our property and had an open house listed on website also. We received 4 offers the first day of open house (during Covid). Two offers were well over asking and we’re both cash offers!!!!!

USGreat for self-starters When doing your own research, looking up home values, checking schools, finding homes, selling your own home - why pay so much to a real-estate agent that often take a cut after you do all the work? If you are the type that does all your own research, you might as well save the typical costs of an agent and use Homelister. Definitely good for first time home sellers.
