GBHomeLister did everything they promised… HomeLister did everything they promised and more. We followed the advice to get ready for the pictures and as a result, the pictures came out beautifully - though the photographer was also prompt, professional and very nice. The For Sale sign went up immediately after going live on MLS. Finally, we called twice to get advice when we were in negotiations with the buyer(s). The advice was invaluable. We sold quickly for a good price. We are very happy with HomeLister and would recommend them to everyone!

GBSnakey They offered a 3rd party lockbox, after I signed all the paperwork they refunded the MLS lock box and said they weren't allowed to offer it in my area, but I would have to pay $100 to cancel my service. For whatever reason their on platform chat doesn't notify you that you have messages so if I didn't check the platform I wouldn't know there was an issue. At one point after 2 days of non communication, I had to find an owner by looking up public records and then texting her, just so I could get an update on my listing. Then they cancelled my listing, but sent me a form as if I had requested the cancellation. This was so they could try and keep a $500 commission. I am all about getting rid of the MLS, but this isn't the way to do it.

GBGreat service I was a bit wary at first, but Homelister helped sell my property quickly (under contract within 8 days)! I saved about $15k by avoiding the seller’s realtor fee. (I did offer to pay a 2.5% buyer’s realtor fee and that indeed was where the best offer came from.) As a seller you just need to be attentive to the guidelines provided by Homelister, and be capable of showing your property professionally. The savings were definitely worth the effort. I recommend Homelister to anyone who is willing and able to represent their property in exchange for serious $ savings.

GBHad Great success!! Had Great success!!! So easy to upload pictures I took with my Iphone and create my listing. Better than a listing agent only if your comfortable negotiating for yourself Especially if you get multiple competing offers which I did you will need to be a good negotiator. Had a great time... Got 65K more with HomeLister than a listing agent told me to sell for. So Im very happy I didnt listen to her and loose 65K and I did not have to pay Listing agent 2.5 % . I'm trilled I sold my house myself!!!!! with HomeLister and happy. Very efficient!

GBDo you want to spend a few hours and save yourself thousands of $$$$$? I sold my 10th property in Maryland with Homelister 2 weeks ago, and I saved close to $20K worth of commission!!! Please don't fall for the usual talk you get from realtors about their "experience", as a seller agent, they literally do anything special to deserve thousands of dollars or 2.5% of your listing price!!! I literally spent maybe 2-3 hours to list my home on Homelister! and I paid myself $20K on the closing day! Using an agent selling your house is so 2000!!! welcome to 2022 using Homelister!!!!
