We listed a lot of pics and description of our property and had an open house listed on website also. We received 4 offers the first day of open house (during Covid). Two offers were well over asking and we’re both cash offers!!!!!

We followed the advice to get ready for the pictures and as a result, the pictures came out beautifully - though the photographer was also prompt, professional and very nice. The For Sale sign went up immediately after going live on MLS. Finally, we called twice to get advice when we were in negotiations with the buyer(s). The advice was invaluable. We sold quickly for a good price. We are very happy with HomeLister and would recommend them to everyone!
