She would answer the phone, call you back when she said she would, and would research questions to get the correct answers. The photographer that came to do the pictures did a job that was WAY beyond our expectations. They turned out great. Would we use Homelister again? ABSOLUTELY!!! Thanks! John & Theresa

Sold our home in 6 days and saved a ton… Sold our home in 6 days and saved a ton of money by doing it ourselves (remodeling, cleaning, staging, open house, some repairs), which probably would have done anyway with a realtor. We purchased a $1,600 package but, would have been just fine with $600 one. Transaction was smooth, we communicated with the byer's agent directly with no problems. Would absolutely use again in the future.

HomeLister did everything they promised… HomeLister did everything they promised and more. We followed the advice to get ready for the pictures and as a result, the pictures came out beautifully - though the photographer was also prompt, professional and very nice. The For Sale sign went up immediately after going live on MLS. Finally, we called twice to get advice when we were in negotiations with the buyer(s). The advice was invaluable. We sold quickly for a good price. We are very happy with HomeLister and would recommend them to everyone!

What HomeLister advertises is TRUE! We used Homelister to sell our house in Southern California in early 2022, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Everything we read on their website was TRUE! We saved A LOT by following their instructions (e.g., staging, etc.) and we accepted an offer above our asking price three days after listing. Our assigned agent, Tami, was responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. The team who handled our paperwork and forms were attentive to details and helpful when we had questions. We felt supported and guided through the listing and selling process. Strongly recommend HomeLister!

Our experience has been awful Our experience has been awful. Every step of the way they delayed the process. When our home went under contract we didn’t hear from them for weeks! our buyer backed out and now we want to put it back on the market and homelister has us trapped by not responding to our emails. We cannot get our home back on the market as long as they keep it as “pending” on the MLS and they will not communicate with us about taking it down! Legally this should be done within 24 hours! We are beyond frustrated !
