GBIt's a great experience to selling… It's a great experience to selling your home with Homelister. It's great to hear that the Homelister representative and real estate agent assigned to you were supportive and helpful throughout the process. It's also great that they were able to answer all of your questions and guide you through the process. It's always helpful to have a supportive team when selling a home. If you ever need to sell a home again in the future, it's good to know that you can count on Homelister and their team for assistance.

GBI listed with homelister looked like a… I listed with homelister looked like a good deal until I was told there would be additional fees. After being listed for 33 days I was told they were terminating my listing the next day and I owe them $500 obviously I’m not paying it. I’d recommend homecoin I here good things.

GBWhat a GREAT experience What a GREAT experience. We were assigned one go to person, KaRon, who was AWESOME!! She would answer the phone, call you back when she said she would, and would research questions to get the correct answers. The photographer that came to do the pictures did a job that was WAY beyond our expectations. They turned out great. Would we use Homelister again? ABSOLUTELY!!! Thanks! John & Theresa

GBHomeLister did everything they promised… HomeLister did everything they promised and more. We followed the advice to get ready for the pictures and as a result, the pictures came out beautifully - though the photographer was also prompt, professional and very nice. The For Sale sign went up immediately after going live on MLS. Finally, we called twice to get advice when we were in negotiations with the buyer(s). The advice was invaluable. We sold quickly for a good price. We are very happy with HomeLister and would recommend them to everyone!

GBSnakey They offered a 3rd party lockbox, after I signed all the paperwork they refunded the MLS lock box and said they weren't allowed to offer it in my area, but I would have to pay $100 to cancel my service. For whatever reason their on platform chat doesn't notify you that you have messages so if I didn't check the platform I wouldn't know there was an issue. At one point after 2 days of non communication, I had to find an owner by looking up public records and then texting her, just so I could get an update on my listing. Then they cancelled my listing, but sent me a form as if I had requested the cancellation. This was so they could try and keep a $500 commission. I am all about getting rid of the MLS, but this isn't the way to do it.
