Better than a listing agent only if your comfortable negotiating for yourself Especially if you get multiple competing offers which I did you will need to be a good negotiator. Had a great time... Got 65K more with HomeLister than a listing agent told me to sell for. So Im very happy I didnt listen to her and loose 65K and I did not have to pay Listing agent 2.5 % . I'm trilled I sold my house myself!!!!! with HomeLister and happy. Very efficient!

Excellent Support and Savings, Too! I was very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and timely responses in dealing with HomeLister. I was able to show my house myself (who would know if better?) and get excellent support all along the way. Not the easiest time to sell a home, but Homelister eased the pain. Saved 13,000! If I ever need to sell another home, I'd definitely use them again.

Do you want to spend a few hours and save yourself thousands of $$$$$? I sold my 10th property in Maryland with Homelister 2 weeks ago, and I saved close to $20K worth of commission!!! Please don't fall for the usual talk you get from realtors about their "experience", as a seller agent, they literally do anything special to deserve thousands of dollars or 2.5% of your listing price!!! I literally spent maybe 2-3 hours to list my home on Homelister! and I paid myself $20K on the closing day! Using an agent selling your house is so 2000!!! welcome to 2022 using Homelister!!!!

She would answer the phone, call you back when she said she would, and would research questions to get the correct answers. Our experience has been awful Our experience has been awful. Every step of the way they delayed the process. When our home went under contract we didn’t hear from them for weeks! our buyer backed out and now we want to put it back on the market and homelister has us trapped by not responding to our emails. We cannot get our home back on the market as long as they keep it as “pending” on the MLS and they will not communicate with us about taking it down! Legally this should be done within 24 hours! We are beyond frustrated !
