I had a 2 months contract with them and… I had a 2 months contract with them for a sharing room costed 2500. I decided to extend and after that they decided to increase the rent by 1000 by saying that its high season period ( september 2023 ) and without having informing in advance about this possibility. I thought they were professionals and a trustworthy choice. Plus very bad cleaning service.

My experience in COLIFE AE I’ve already gotten so tired of pictures not matching reality and communicating with owners who would rent out their objects a day before my arrival by the time I came across Colife, that I didn’t have any expectations at all. However all my accommodation issues were solved within a couple of days. The apartment was really fully-furnished so I didn’t have to purchase a single additional thing which feels great. I live in a beautiful one-bedroom apartment and everything here is clean and fresh, no mustiness at all. Didn’t face any hidden costs and all the bills are being paid without my participation, the deposit was also adequate. Would recommend renting from them if you prefer getting maximum value of your money

Easy to communicate. Safe and pleasantly Was easy to chat with a manager and to move in. There is kind of control of who is going to be your flatmate. This's safe and really convenient. All agreements were met, there were no difficulties at all. Five stars

My experience has been great! My experience with Colife has been great. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. The move-in process was quick and efficient, and the terms of the contract were reasonable. The all-included feature is rather convenient. The building itself is new. The location of my apartment is also perfect and my requests were totally fulfilled: it's not far from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, transport and mall. I can totally recommend renting with Colife!

Best service! I am totally satisfied by my experience with Colife, I’ve been renting from them for a couple of months and haven’t faced any difficulties yet. Customer service is top-notch!!!! Tech support is really kind and responded very quickly to my requests. Incredibly nice design of the apartment, wi-fi included in the price and worked very fast!!!
