GBUnjust charges from Loftium!! We recently stayed in a apartment in Seattle and the stay was lovely. However at the end of our stay the toilet became clogged, due to no wrong item going in or anything we did other then normally use the bathroom we paid for. As any home owner knows a toilet can become clogged due to normal use, especially with high traffic toilets such as one rented to SEVERAL families! They had to call a plumber to use an auger and are claiming it falls on us! They are attempting to charge us for a $350 plumber service to THIER home. So future renters please be careful when you use the bathrooms in places you rent, if just so happens your the one it backs up on you might be paying to service someone else’s home!

GBWould definitely recommend! I loved my stay in “the skinny suite”! It was a perfect location and set up. I was able to work remotely via the convenient desk area and wi-fi, slept soundly since it was nice and quiet, and was able to walk to lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops and felt very safe in the neighborhood. The hosts were respectful and communicative and I would highly recommend staying here!

GBAvoid Loftium at all costs! We are currently at a loftium and will never be using their services again. Their customer service is not existent, there is no number to call and they are not responding to our emails. We stayed at place that ended up having broken sink, little to no heating, the owners were up until 1:30am banging around loud enough to keep waking us up, and water started pouring down from the ceiling from two different places due to a toilet overflowing from their unit above. This company has no accountability and has not responded to any of our emails. We now are leaving the unit early to get an Airbnb. I would avoid loftium at all costs.

GBMajor red flags for renters and hosts Would rate zero stars if i could! the house was absolutely filthy—i wish i could post pics on here. Rotten food in the fridge, dirt, dust bunnies, half smoked joints on the floor, no functioning fire alarms, wires hanging from the ceiling, absolutely disgusting. I contacted the host and they said they could do nothing as they cannot process refunds themselves. loftium inc has done nothing to rectify the situation and i’m guessing they are avoiding me so that they don’t have to take responsibility or process the refunds that my group are deserved. Further, this seems like a nightmare situation for hosts (people trying to buy houses who have low income situations) who get very little income from the rentals and have to assume responsibility of the property without any support. major scam and literally terrible

GBSecond year with Loftium We’re going into our second year with Loftium. Their rental model really great if you’re up for the extra work of cleaning an Airbnb every few days or few week to earn the discounted rent. There were a few growing pains (which you should expect if you’ve never hosted an Airbnb before). But the support from Loftium is solid and we’ve found it to be the best rental deal you can get in a busy city.
