Still waiting for a response over 3 weeks later I would leave 0 stars if allowed. Worse customer service ever. They are always in a meeting and never follow back up. Blueground had spaces in great buildings and if it’s an issue with the building, such as ac washer/dryer etc the building will fix it, not Blueground. That’s the only reason for any positive reviews. If you need something addressed that is a Blueground not building issue it will never be addressed or followed up on.

Blueground will ignore you, too - even when the problem is their fault I thought I was special, but now I realize that Blueground's habitual way of operating is to ignore their customers. I haven't even been able to access my apartment. I received three emails saying they will call. But my phone never rings. A customer experience manager literally took the time to email to tell me she didn't have time to call me...even though she admitted Blueground made an error. It's such an outrageously bad customer experience that I almost laugh instead of cry. Until I realize that I've lost around $5k to them. Then I cry. So here's your sign to stay far away from Blueground

Amazing apartment, great support, open communication Great People at reception. Support team was amazing and arranged an early check in as my flight was arriving at 1am.

Great experience! The communication is great overall. You know how, where and when through the app. No unnecessary phone calls, no misunderstandings. The app has all the info about your property you will need. A minor issue that occurred was handled immediately. The house was exactly like the pictures and near transportation.

Definitely a positive experience Excellent value, super clean, everything needed to take care of oneself ie washer and dryer, mop, hoover, fridge freezer, all cutlery and pots supplied as well as marvellous cooker. Staff very helpful too. Highly recommended. Oh and my apartment was well laid out and sound proofed and close to HB yet far enough away. Great location
