GBVery easy experience and great decor I stayed in a Blueground apartment for a year as I needed someone with all bills included for a short term work project. It was perfect for what I needed and the team were great with communication. Any issues were dealt with very quickly and easily over the app. The apartments are always furnished very well and modern. If you are looking for an easy no fuss stay would highly recommend

DEGood location Good location, all you need is there. Real good beds. Communication is easy and you get immediately an answer to your questions. All was uncomplicated.

GBBlueground will ignore you, too - even when the problem is their fault I thought I was special, but now I realize that Blueground's habitual way of operating is to ignore their customers. I haven't even been able to access my apartment. I received three emails saying they will call. But my phone never rings. A customer experience manager literally took the time to email to tell me she didn't have time to call me...even though she admitted Blueground made an error. It's such an outrageously bad customer experience that I almost laugh instead of cry. Until I realize that I've lost around $5k to them. Then I cry. So here's your sign to stay far away from Blueground

PYAbove average communication Above average communication, some things didn’t work proper before I moved in… small bathroom sink remained clogged entire stay and shower hot water ran out in ten minutes. Very noisy neighbors above with kids.((((

GBStill waiting for a response over 3 weeks later I would leave 0 stars if allowed. Worse customer service ever. They are always in a meeting and never follow back up. Blueground had spaces in great buildings and if it’s an issue with the building, such as ac washer/dryer etc the building will fix it, not Blueground. That’s the only reason for any positive reviews. If you need something addressed that is a Blueground not building issue it will never be addressed or followed up on.
