INGood Experience with BlueGround We had booked an apartment in Dubai Marina with Blueground. Apartment handed over to us was exactly the same as shown in photographs. The service levels for cleaning and some fixing was also very good. Great Experience..!

GBBlueground will ignore you, too - even when the problem is their fault I thought I was special, but now I realize that Blueground's habitual way of operating is to ignore their customers. I haven't even been able to access my apartment. I received three emails saying they will call. But my phone never rings. A customer experience manager literally took the time to email to tell me she didn't have time to call me...even though she admitted Blueground made an error. It's such an outrageously bad customer experience that I almost laugh instead of cry. Until I realize that I've lost around $5k to them. Then I cry. So here's your sign to stay far away from Blueground

RSBlueground is a care free choice. Blueground is responsive and professional. Not one issue with them. Top marks for the app, too. Apartment was a bit overpriced for features that it really has, but we didnt need.

CHGreat experience Blueground is great to comunicate with, through their app. When we encountered an issue with a blind, they quickly sent someone to fix it. They were very professional and responsive.

ZAI loved the location I loved the location. Comfortable for the family stay
