GRGreat experience! The communication is great overall. You know how, where and when through the app. No unnecessary phone calls, no misunderstandings. The app has all the info about your property you will need. A minor issue that occurred was handled immediately. The house was exactly like the pictures and near transportation.

GBSuper Stylish Flat, in the heart of Soho! We booked this apartment for a long stay and we really enjoyed living there. The apt is stylish and nicely furnished, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the bedroom was (especially for being in the heart of Soho!). The Blueground team was really professional and helpful and we would definitely book one of their apartments again. We definitely recommend staying here on your trip to London, especially if you want to enjoy nightlife, great restaurants, and central attractions.

Appartment was missing curtains and even though it was not part of the package they made it happen. For any issues they were ready to help anytime. PYAbove average communication Above average communication, some things didn’t work proper before I moved in… small bathroom sink remained clogged entire stay and shower hot water ran out in ten minutes. Very noisy neighbors above with kids.((((
