CHGreat experience Blueground is great to comunicate with, through their app. When we encountered an issue with a blind, they quickly sent someone to fix it. They were very professional and responsive.

It was perfect for what I needed and the team were great with communication. Any issues were dealt with very quickly and easily over the app. The apartments are always furnished very well and modern. GBSuper Stylish Flat, in the heart of Soho! We booked this apartment for a long stay and we really enjoyed living there. The apt is stylish and nicely furnished, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the bedroom was (especially for being in the heart of Soho!). The Blueground team was really professional and helpful and we would definitely book one of their apartments again. We definitely recommend staying here on your trip to London, especially if you want to enjoy nightlife, great restaurants, and central attractions.

GBBlueground will ignore you, too - even when the problem is their fault I thought I was special, but now I realize that Blueground's habitual way of operating is to ignore their customers. I haven't even been able to access my apartment. I received three emails saying they will call. But my phone never rings. A customer experience manager literally took the time to email to tell me she didn't have time to call me...even though she admitted Blueground made an error. It's such an outrageously bad customer experience that I almost laugh instead of cry. Until I realize that I've lost around $5k to them. Then I cry. So here's your sign to stay far away from Blueground
