Appartment was missing curtains and even though it was not part of the package they made it happen. For any issues they were ready to help anytime. GRGreat experience! The communication is great overall. You know how, where and when through the app. No unnecessary phone calls, no misunderstandings. The app has all the info about your property you will need. A minor issue that occurred was handled immediately. The house was exactly like the pictures and near transportation.

RSBlueground is a care free choice. Blueground is responsive and professional. Not one issue with them. Top marks for the app, too. Apartment was a bit overpriced for features that it really has, but we didnt need.
