It was perfect for what I needed and the team were great with communication. Any issues were dealt with very quickly and easily over the app. The apartments are always furnished very well and modern. INGood Experience with BlueGround We had booked an apartment in Dubai Marina with Blueground. Apartment handed over to us was exactly the same as shown in photographs. The service levels for cleaning and some fixing was also very good. Great Experience..!

PYAbove average communication Above average communication, some things didn’t work proper before I moved in… small bathroom sink remained clogged entire stay and shower hot water ran out in ten minutes. Very noisy neighbors above with kids.((((

GBStill waiting for a response over 3 weeks later I would leave 0 stars if allowed. Worse customer service ever. They are always in a meeting and never follow back up. Blueground had spaces in great buildings and if it’s an issue with the building, such as ac washer/dryer etc the building will fix it, not Blueground. That’s the only reason for any positive reviews. If you need something addressed that is a Blueground not building issue it will never be addressed or followed up on.
