Appartment was missing curtains and even though it was not part of the package they made it happen. For any issues they were ready to help anytime. All of team members are very professional and maintain quality standards by providing great custmer services. Also the property is well maintained with great location. It's like home away from home. GBVery easy experience and great decor I stayed in a Blueground apartment for a year as I needed someone with all bills included for a short term work project. It was perfect for what I needed and the team were great with communication. Any issues were dealt with very quickly and easily over the app. The apartments are always furnished very well and modern. If you are looking for an easy no fuss stay would highly recommend

RSBlueground is a care free choice. Blueground is responsive and professional. Not one issue with them. Top marks for the app, too. Apartment was a bit overpriced for features that it really has, but we didnt need.
