Appartment was missing curtains and even though it was not part of the package they made it happen. For any issues they were ready to help anytime. All of team members are very professional and maintain quality standards by providing great custmer services. Also the property is well maintained with great location. It's like home away from home. CHGreat experience Blueground is great to comunicate with, through their app. When we encountered an issue with a blind, they quickly sent someone to fix it. They were very professional and responsive.

GRGreat experience! The communication is great overall. You know how, where and when through the app. No unnecessary phone calls, no misunderstandings. The app has all the info about your property you will need. A minor issue that occurred was handled immediately. The house was exactly like the pictures and near transportation.

GBDefinitely a positive experience Excellent value, super clean, everything needed to take care of oneself ie washer and dryer, mop, hoover, fridge freezer, all cutlery and pots supplied as well as marvellous cooker. Staff very helpful too. Highly recommended. Oh and my apartment was well laid out and sound proofed and close to HB yet far enough away. Great location

ATYet another instance of a deposit not… Yet another instance of a deposit not returned in a timely manner. We checked out of our Zurich apartment 5+ weeks ago and still have no news on our refund which was due last week. The company "representatives" continue to pass the buck and blame the accounting department (a department so inept they can't answer an email within seven days). Blueground will respond to this review with words like "sincerely" and "doing our best" and a bunch of other nonsensical platitudes. As you can see by the litany of other 1 star reviews, do not believe these responses. They are categorically false and disingenuous. The best I can hope is that they see this review, quickly blame their "partner platform" and process the refund. All this goes to say, avoid Blueground at all costs. The apartment photos are taken in perfect light with illusive angles and once you factor in the non-refundable service cost (10% of the total rent) and the mysteriously non-refundable refund, it ends up being an extremely expensive endeavor that will drain you of your finances and spirit. Airbnb is a far superior experience with the ability to have personal interactions with your host and a platform that is responsive and operates like a real, respectable business.
