GBDefinitely a positive experience Excellent value, super clean, everything needed to take care of oneself ie washer and dryer, mop, hoover, fridge freezer, all cutlery and pots supplied as well as marvellous cooker. Staff very helpful too. Highly recommended. Oh and my apartment was well laid out and sound proofed and close to HB yet far enough away. Great location

GBVery easy experience and great decor I stayed in a Blueground apartment for a year as I needed someone with all bills included for a short term work project. It was perfect for what I needed and the team were great with communication. Any issues were dealt with very quickly and easily over the app. The apartments are always furnished very well and modern. If you are looking for an easy no fuss stay would highly recommend

GBGreat Customer Service, responsive and very professional. Quick response, quick resolution, very kind by going above and beyond with your requirements. Appartment was missing curtains and even though it was not part of the package they made it happen. For any issues they were ready to help anytime. All of team members are very professional and maintain quality standards by providing great custmer services. Also the property is well maintained with great location. It's like home away from home. GBAvoid them if you don’t want to stay in… Avoid them if you don’t want to stay in a property previously has been used by a convicted prostitute. Blueground is managing the flat above mine and in the middle of the night 2 police man handcuffed the tenant and took her out! The next day, another individual was crying and complaining to police about a thiefery!!

PYAbove average communication Above average communication, some things didn’t work proper before I moved in… small bathroom sink remained clogged entire stay and shower hot water ran out in ten minutes. Very noisy neighbors above with kids.((((
