GRGreat experience! The communication is great overall. You know how, where and when through the app. No unnecessary phone calls, no misunderstandings. The app has all the info about your property you will need. A minor issue that occurred was handled immediately. The house was exactly like the pictures and near transportation.

GBVery easy experience and great decor I stayed in a Blueground apartment for a year as I needed someone with all bills included for a short term work project. It was perfect for what I needed and the team were great with communication. Any issues were dealt with very quickly and easily over the app. The apartments are always furnished very well and modern. GBAvoid them if you don’t want to stay in… Avoid them if you don’t want to stay in a property previously has been used by a convicted prostitute. Blueground is managing the flat above mine and in the middle of the night 2 police man handcuffed the tenant and took her out! The next day, another individual was crying and complaining to police about a thiefery!!

Appartment was missing curtains and even though it was not part of the package they made it happen. For any issues they were ready to help anytime.
