GBStill waiting for a response over 3 weeks later I would leave 0 stars if allowed. Worse customer service ever. They are always in a meeting and never follow back up. Blueground had spaces in great buildings and if it’s an issue with the building, such as ac washer/dryer etc the building will fix it, not Blueground. That’s the only reason for any positive reviews. If you need something addressed that is a Blueground not building issue it will never be addressed or followed up on.

GBAvoid them if you don’t want to stay in… Avoid them if you don’t want to stay in a property previously has been used by a convicted prostitute. Blueground is managing the flat above mine and in the middle of the night 2 police man handcuffed the tenant and took her out! The next day, another individual was crying and complaining to police about a thiefery!!

ATYet another instance of a deposit not… Yet another instance of a deposit not returned in a timely manner. We checked out of our Zurich apartment 5+ weeks ago and still have no news on our refund which was due last week. The company "representatives" continue to pass the buck and blame the accounting department (a department so inept they can't answer an email within seven days). Blueground will respond to this review with words like "sincerely" and "doing our best" and a bunch of other nonsensical platitudes. As you can see by the litany of other 1 star reviews, do not believe these responses. They are categorically false and disingenuous. The best I can hope is that they see this review, quickly blame their "partner platform" and process the refund. All this goes to say, avoid Blueground at all costs. The apartment photos are taken in perfect light with illusive angles and once you factor in the non-refundable service cost (10% of the total rent) and the mysteriously non-refundable refund, it ends up being an extremely expensive endeavor that will drain you of your finances and spirit. Airbnb is a far superior experience with the ability to have personal interactions with your host and a platform that is responsive and operates like a real, respectable business.

CHGreat experience Blueground is great to comunicate with, through their app. When we encountered an issue with a blind, they quickly sent someone to fix it. They were very professional and responsive.
