Definitely a positive experience Excellent value, super clean, everything needed to take care of oneself ie washer and dryer, mop, hoover, fridge freezer, all cutlery and pots supplied as well as marvellous cooker. Staff very helpful too. Highly recommended. Oh and my apartment was well laid out and sound proofed and close to HB yet far enough away. Great location

Yet another instance of a deposit not… Yet another instance of a deposit not returned in a timely manner. We checked out of our Zurich apartment 5+ weeks ago and still have no news on our refund which was due last week. The company "representatives" continue to pass the buck and blame the accounting department (a department so inept they can't answer an email within seven days). Blueground will respond to this review with words like "sincerely" and "doing our best" and a bunch of other nonsensical platitudes. As you can see by the litany of other 1 star reviews, do not believe these responses. They are categorically false and disingenuous. The best I can hope is that they see this review, quickly blame their "partner platform" and process the refund. All this goes to say, avoid Blueground at all costs. The apartment photos are taken in perfect light with illusive angles and once you factor in the non-refundable service cost (10% of the total rent) and the mysteriously non-refundable refund, it ends up being an extremely expensive endeavor that will drain you of your finances and spirit. Airbnb is a far superior experience with the ability to have personal interactions with your host and a platform that is responsive and operates like a real, respectable business.

Above average communication Above average communication, some things didn’t work proper before I moved in… small bathroom sink remained clogged entire stay and shower hot water ran out in ten minutes. Very noisy neighbors above with kids.((((

Please do not book through this… Please do not book through this company. I had booked an apartment in London for 6 months from September.I paid the deposit and the booking amount.After a month hey got back saying that the previous tenant has decided to terminate the contract so either I will have to take the apartment from May or my booking will be cancelled.Very unprofessional
