GBVery easy experience and great decor I stayed in a Blueground apartment for a year as I needed someone with all bills included for a short term work project. It was perfect for what I needed and the team were great with communication. Any issues were dealt with very quickly and easily over the app. The apartments are always furnished very well and modern. CHGreat experience Blueground is great to comunicate with, through their app. When we encountered an issue with a blind, they quickly sent someone to fix it. They were very professional and responsive.

PYAbove average communication Above average communication, some things didn’t work proper before I moved in… small bathroom sink remained clogged entire stay and shower hot water ran out in ten minutes. Very noisy neighbors above with kids.((((

GRGreat experience! The communication is great overall. You know how, where and when through the app. No unnecessary phone calls, no misunderstandings. The app has all the info about your property you will need. A minor issue that occurred was handled immediately. The house was exactly like the pictures and near transportation.
