The experience was great The experience was great. The only problem we encountered was the kitchen sink being clogged however the staff was very prompt at rectifying the issue. The home was beautiful and spacious, however only 3 bedrooms had TV's. I look forward to booking again. Thanks so much!

We added an extra night for arrival We added an extra night for arrival, this was paid and confirmed but we could not get into the house as Villa Direct forgot to make the changes to our reservation. Our 4 arriving guests had to find hotels rooms at 2:00 in the morning after flying from the west coast and having to work at 7:00 am! This caused a huge problem for us. As well, small details such forgetting to change the clocks in the house reflecting daylight savings time - cause serious delays in our scheduling. The hair dryer in master bedroom not working, the shower curtain was put up with adhesive tape! - which of course crashed down when a towel was hung on it!

We stayed in Calabay Parc We stayed in Calabay Parc, Montara Drive. The villa was very comfortable, extremely clean as was the pool and pool area. The beds were very comfortable and the area of Calabay Parc was perfect for visiting the parks as well as quiet on return from the park. The communication between VillaDirect and myself was superb and they answered all my questions fully and promptly. I would have no hesitation recommending this villa and Villa Direct as a company to go to and we'll definitely be back. Thank you

A third stay at a Villa Direct villa We have just returned from a stay at Waterside Villa, Emerald Island Resort. This was our 3rd stay at a Villa Direct villa and our favourite villa so far. We've booked the same villa for next year as well and very pleased to have done so. The villa totally suited our needs and the location is perfect. It isn't overlooked and there are nice open views over water with a backdrop of bushes and trees. We found the villa to be clean and well-provided. But we must also extend our thanks to Villa Direct who we are very happy to recommend. On every occasion we have asked, we have found the company to be very responsive to our requests. We visit Orlando quite frequently and when searching for a villa we will always start looking with Villa Direct as our first port of call.
