Orlando June 2019 Grace We booked this Villa for 7 adults all with en-suit. The villa had all the amenities required for our two week stay and would recommend to anyone going. Lovely sitting at the pool in the morning with breakfast. The location was fantastic 30 minutes from most of the parks and outlets. Plenty eating places and bars close by. Had a supermarket a 2 minute drive away. We did not use the communal area in this estate although it did always look quiet when we drove past.

Worked well for me I was with Villadirect for 6 years before I sold my home in 2008. During that time I found them to be honest and reliable. I don't know what the other reviewer is complaining about - all of the items he complains about were in my contract and explained to me before joining?! As for lack of bookings - maybe his home wasn't in as good a community as mine, but I got about 30 weeks every year I was with them.

A third stay at a Villa Direct villa We have just returned from a stay at Waterside Villa, Emerald Island Resort. This was our 3rd stay at a Villa Direct villa and our favourite villa so far. We've booked the same villa for next year as well and very pleased to have done so. The villa totally suited our needs and the location is perfect. It isn't overlooked and there are nice open views over water with a backdrop of bushes and trees. We found the villa to be clean and well-provided. But we must also extend our thanks to Villa Direct who we are very happy to recommend. On every occasion we have asked, we have found the company to be very responsive to our requests. We visit Orlando quite frequently and when searching for a villa we will always start looking with Villa Direct as our first port of call.

Dirty and run down property. Recently stayed at one of the properties this company manages. Lucky Charm, it was run down, dirty not equipped with cutlery, glasses etc. it was so dirty that the dirt was hanging off the fans, all the walls had marks on them and only 3 chairs on the lanie when the villa sleeps 10. Paid extra for a 4 burner bbq and got a 3 burners with no tools and it cost more than website stated. Especially liked the supermarket crate in the pool area to use as a table. Absolutely horrible villa.

The experience was great The experience was great. The only problem we encountered was the kitchen sink being clogged however the staff was very prompt at rectifying the issue. The home was beautiful and spacious, however only 3 bedrooms had TV's. I look forward to booking again. Thanks so much!
