GBWindsor Palms stayed at Windsor Palms for 2 weeks in october 2019 and had a great time. villa was fantastic. had a problem with a sprinkler head hosing the pool and patio area but villa direct sent someone to fix it the same day, many thanks villa direct and Tom the handyman for sorting it. this was the first time i have used villa direct and found the whole process easy and straightforward. when we come back again (hopefully) these guys will be top of my list. many thanks again from the Turnbull family Northumberland England.

GBAnxious but didn’t need to be I was a little anxious when we booked after reading some of the reviews on BBB – but everything went well for our stay and some of the complaints and reviews don’t appear to be about the same company!? We just stayed in Champions Gate over Christmas 2022, travelling from the UK. Booking with Villadirect was easy and we saved about $550 by booking directly with them compared to other websites with the same homes. Payment and the arrival information given was simple to understand and Lisa was very helpful when we called before our arrival. The check-in was easy with the information and directions that they emailed to us and the house was even better than the photos showed (it’s just been upgraded and repainted). We did have one problem with a TV in the house, but someone came out the same day and showed us how to operate the remote currently. We’re recommend them to anyone coming to stay in Orlando.

GBWorked well for me I was with Villadirect for 6 years before I sold my home in 2008. During that time I found them to be honest and reliable. I don't know what the other reviewer is complaining about - all of the items he complains about were in my contract and explained to me before joining?! As for lack of bookings - maybe his home wasn't in as good a community as mine, but I got about 30 weeks every year I was with them.

GBVilla Direct, Kissimmee, Appalling Service Memories of family holiday Xmas 2009 ruined by appalling service from Villa Direct. Booked three villas on Emerald Island Resort for ten days at huge expense, over twelve thousand dollars, but got no pool heat in two of the villas. Was Villa direct sympathetic that we could not use the pool? Hell no! We had to resort to swimming in club house. We will certainly be spreading the news and taking our custom elsewhere in future.
