They were very responsive and helpful, and they were able to resolve my issue quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Appalling We rented an apartment on airbnb managed by Frank Porter. When we checked in we were shocked by the state of the place. The bedlinen was dirty and covered in hair, the apartment wasn’t clean and stank of stale cigarettes despite being advertised as non smoking. The place was disgusting. We called them and at first they refused to give us a full refund. I asked to speak to a manager and despite me calling them again 4 times. No one called me back. Luckily Airbnb stepped in and gave us a full refund.

Wonderful view, perfect location We booked apartment in Burj Royale building last minute (due to cancellation of previous host) and in three hours we already got the access of this place. Apartment is beautiful, fresh, spacious (for 4 persons), with wonderful view to Burj Khalifa from balcony and just 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed outdoor pool of the building, sunbathing next to it, gym in the morning and beautiful fountain show from common area on the 53rd floor. I would definately book again and suggest others to do so. Thank you for great service and experience!
