IF YOU WANT LOT OF STRESS DURING YOUR VACATION BOOK FRANK PORTER !!!! Horrible service we received from FRANK PORTER. Very dishonest service. Stay away from their listings. I have been with AIRBNB for 10 years and never had this much issues. We stayed at they Burj Royale apartment in DUBAI. Never ending messages which got us nowhere, as everytime there was different person talk to or just chat bot. They listing description are misleading, and you never got what they describe in their listings. In our case it was the roof terase, pool - which was just for people of 14 years old and plus. And we had 6 years old son. Smell from sewage treatment plant, next door. They do not provide your with basic amenities like washing up liquid and enough toilet paper. We booked for 3 and got duvets and covers for 2, one night had to sleep under thin sheet. Also did not provide enough towels and our requests we ignored. THE CHERRY ON TOP, I requested refund or compensation during our stay which they ingnored. After we checked out, they created issue that we damaged tv and requested 400 eur compensation. Luckily we have video evidence to disprove it.

Amazing place to stay in al Barsha Amazing place to stay in al Barsha, close to all attractions, but not crowded with tourists! Very comfy self check-in, also all amenities were at the place, such as towels, coffee machine with capsules, shampoo etc.

One of the best AirBBs I have stayed… One of the best AirBBs I have stayed in. Everything was better than I had imagined. Amazing location. Small attention to detail is given in the apartment with everything you could possibly need for a short trip or even longer stays. The building amenities are insane. Outdoor calisthenics park. Fully equipped gym. Sauna steam rooms are great. The view from the pool is also amazing. Frank was a very responsive host and l'll be staying with him again. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Appalling We rented an apartment on airbnb managed by Frank Porter. When we checked in we were shocked by the state of the place. The bedlinen was dirty and covered in hair, the apartment wasn’t clean and stank of stale cigarettes despite being advertised as non smoking. The place was disgusting. We called them and at first they refused to give us a full refund. I asked to speak to a manager and despite me calling them again 4 times. No one called me back. Luckily Airbnb stepped in and gave us a full refund.
