Amazing place to stay in al Barsha Amazing place to stay in al Barsha, close to all attractions, but not crowded with tourists! Very comfy self check-in, also all amenities were at the place, such as towels, coffee machine with capsules, shampoo etc.

*** DO NOT RENT FROM FRANK *** *** DO NOT RENT FROM FRANK *** Frank is a liar and lacks transparency, as many issues occurred during our stay. There was ongoing construction that was not mentioned at all. It took over three days to get the cribs we requested, and Frank kept lying to us day by day. It was the worst experience ever. Frank doesn't care about you because he has 117 units to take care of. Stay away and save yourself the headache and money.

great location Great location and the host was accommodating to our needs during the stay.

They damaged my apartment I asked to end up my contract with Frank Porter, And i asked them before if i noticed some damage in the apartment if i could let them know to take care of it. They said YES of course. Then, the day the contract finished, they just let the keys in the apartment and left and, that's it. I found my apartment with broken furnitures, stolen stuffs, and i naturally told them immediately that the last guest damaged the apartment, and they answer they won t do anything since they gave me my apartment back. Yes but they let it to me with damages, it was under their responsability, they didn t take any deposit from the guest. So we will go on court against them.
