GBGreat and very satisfied I've been with ERA NewAge for almost two years now. I work with Annette, and she's great, very helpful, polite, patient and available. I'm out of state for job Like many other property owners, and I never have to worry about my house, she takes care of everything and I don't have to think about it, i really appreciate her efforts and their support...so far i've had a great experience and I'd definitely recommend ERA New Age to anyone who is looking at getting into a rental property.

GBHorrible Account Statements New age is very friendly to work with, and they do a great job as property management. They get two stars because their accounting is ATROCIOUS. What I would like to get is a nice clean monthly statement for each unit that shows money coming in and money going out, like a bank statement. Instead, I receive multiple statements per month per unit. The statements do not identify which unit the statement is for. Sometimes units are combined on a statement, sometimes not. It takes me hours to go through all the statements and reconcile them, which makes me wonder why I'm paying for this?

PTUsed to be called ERA Used them when they they were called ERA, would never use them again. Made several mistakes on their contract and charged me 5% commission for selling my house.

GBERA talks the talk but does not walk the walk! My ERA agent in Switzerland "talked the talk" without "walking the walk!" I had already an interested buyer, who had contacted me personally, when this particular agent came on board, talked up a good story, basically promising a much better outcome than the offer already made. In the end, and after much embarrassing fanfare, it turned out to be just fluff, or should I say, "bluff," and those very first people I had landed WITHOUT this particular agent, wound up getting the house for a price I could have easily negotiated myself! When I suggested he at least split his commission, or give a discount, he called me "rude" and "out of place!" I would NEVER recommend ERA, or this agent, to anyone!

GBCan't seem to get things done as requested We're a rather low maintenance client and rarely need any service. The few times we asked for help, both times were not done according to what we requested. 1. We asked for an estimate to install fire alarms, towel holders, etc. We didn't get an estimate but they went ahead and did the work without consent. 2. We asked for 2" blinds to be installed and 1" blinds got installed and we are having to pay extra to get the 2" blinds installed even though the original quote given was for the 2".
