Great Property Management Great property management with friendly professional staff. Maintenance requests are answered and taken care of quickly and efficiently. I am giving 4 stars because I think more can be done when it comes to other problematic tenants. In my particular circumstance I live below excessively noisy tenants that stomp beyond the point of being excessive and are continuously slamming/banging doors and drawers at all hours of the day and evening. I have been into the office 8 times to complain and have written emails which resulted in numerous verbal and written notices. Other tenants have complained as well, so it makes me wonder how they are still living above me and havent been evicted.

Broken lock on sliding glass door. The man came the next morning after I sent an email around 8 o’clock at night. He was fast and respectful. Even took his shoes off to walk through my apt. Five stars.

Poor professionals Poor professionals, not professional, not available. The maintenance company is good but are separate then people who text you from Guenther. You can't get ahold of the company, itself.

Slum lords Slum lords! They never fixed anything or keep up property We’ve been living in a fire hazard due to bad electrical wiring we cannot use light switches AND the place is full of mold which they did not disclose until two months after we moved in they did nothing to fix it
