GBConsistently impressive team. From my first interaction with Guenther Management I was impressed with their professionalism and follow through. Anything I needed help with or any questions I had were taken care of in a thoughtful, timely, manner. The apartment I rent is in excellent condition and the building well maintained. I can pay rent, submit a maintenance request, or contact Guenther’s Management team through their online portal which I appreciate given my schedule. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Guenther Management is knowledgeable, helpful, gracious, and attentive to whatever my issue was. My experience as a renter at a property managed by Guenther is one where the renter is appreciated. This appreciation is demonstrated by each and every person on their staff through authentic attentiveness to any issue one might have and through their impressive turnaround times to questions and maintenance requests. I highly recommend Guenther Management. An honest, ethical, professional company.

GBSlum lords Slum lords! They never fixed anything or keep up property We’ve been living in a fire hazard due to bad electrical wiring we cannot use light switches AND the place is full of mold which they did not disclose until two months after we moved in they did nothing to fix it

GBGreat Property Management Great property management with friendly professional staff. Maintenance requests are answered and taken care of quickly and efficiently. I am giving 4 stars because I think more can be done when it comes to other problematic tenants. In my particular circumstance I live below excessively noisy tenants that stomp beyond the point of being excessive and are continuously slamming/banging doors and drawers at all hours of the day and evening. I have been into the office 8 times to complain and have written emails which resulted in numerous verbal and written notices. Other tenants have complained as well, so it makes me wonder how they are still living above me and havent been evicted.

GBAvoid this company at ALL costs Avoid this company/apartments at ALL costs. The apartment I'm at is filthy as they didn't bother cleaning out the vents or AC units or appliances. The floor is cheap and creaky and has tons of bugs coming out from the boards. A perk of the poorly done floors is you can hear each and every step your up stairs neighbor take.The water pressure is awful and the water is constantly either too cold or too hot. The water completely shut off in the apartment and it took the management 24hrs to even acknowledge it. (Took two days for it to be resolved).The hot water broke and it also took 24hrs for them to acknowledge it (it's still broken as I'm typing this). Good luck with any maintenance request. It's incredibly difficult and frustrating to even get a person on the phone. Much less get actual maintenance people in. We submitted a request for maintenance, didn't hear back for 1 month. Then, they no called no showed to the appointment. Didn't hear a thing until 2 months later where they randomly showed up after the problem had been resolved BY US. This company is the worst and I wouldn't recommend signing a lease with ANY of their locations. They truly don't care about anything but money. The apartments are total $h*t holes, even for $1,000-1,500 apartments.
