My building will be in much better shape because of their attention and tenants likely more responsible. Extremely glad I switched property management firms. Slum lords Slum lords! They never fixed anything or keep up property We’ve been living in a fire hazard due to bad electrical wiring we cannot use light switches AND the place is full of mold which they did not disclose until two months after we moved in they did nothing to fix it
