Highly Recommend Adam and Kellie are not your usual high street managing agents. They have integrity and provide an affordable, practical and honest service. Adam and Kellie have been looking after my 3 rental properties for over 12 months. They have done a fantastic job of maintaining the flats, finding tenants and keeping them happy during these challenging times and they have taken a huge weight off my shoulders. They are flexible and open to working with a landlady/lord in the best way that suits them.

Zone Letting Scam Agents ! We decided to go ahead with a property with Zone Lettings due to the current pandemic we were not allowed to view the property and the online viewing was also no good as the tenant made a rubbish video. We Paid just over £1,400 to Zone as Ross had requested the amount to secure the property. Once we had the keys myself and my wife went to have a quick look over the property and it was in a very very very bad state, they told my wife it had been professionally cleaned which it hadn’t been there was Cobwebs all over the walls, there was car fur all on the floor and fur balls in the radiators, there were stains on the walls which could be cat urine or anything else ! There were dirty plates in the kitchen which still had food in them upon questioning them about this they told my wife they leave items such as plates and cutlery for the next tenant in case they need it ! This is what they are doing during COVID ! Putting new tenants at risk ! My wife is a very bad asmatic and for them to be so neglecting and unprofessional ! When it came to asking for our money back they came out with every excuse possible not to give my money back they tried to say the landlord may cut some money out my payment as rent until they can’t rent it out. When i threatened them with legal action they returned my money within minutes. I would defiantly recommend staying away from these guys even the receptionist was so disrespectful and unprofessional, she had no respect what so ever she was raising her voice and fighting ! Never go to these guys they are liars and unprofessional people who will do anything to take your money then try every trick in the book not to give it back !

Well handled cancellation experience I cannot comment on renting from Zone Lettings but wanted to write a review as our experience of dealing with the company to arrange a viewing, sort out references and deposit etc was positive. When we had to pull out of the rental at 48hrs notice because our sale fell through it only took one phone call to a very sympathetic member of staff to cancel - and we had our deposit back within the hour. I would happily reengage with Zone Lettings when we are ready to seek another rental.

Soulless and snobby Hated every time I had to get in contact with them. They never showed us any respect, trust or consideration despite paying on time without issue for 5 years. Were incapable of making even basic decisions without asking the landlord first and refused to make any kind of upgrade to the property.
