If any fee is needed it should be passed along to the property owners, not the renters. There is now no way to pay online without adding fees. This is completely ridiculous and asinine. There are very very many obstacles, that if the software creators would work with an accountant or at least try to use the system, then maybe they can try to resolve. They are very proud of their many integrations, but when it boils down to regular day yo day functionality, not very user friendly.
