LKBest Property Management Software Best Property Management Software I am using Appfolio since 2013 and I have helped many USA-based real estate-related firms such as Property Managers, Brokers, and Investors. Appfolio is improving each day and I love doing Bank reconciliations (Triple Tie) and posting Management Fees, Owner payments are really easy. GBNOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY! NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY to use. Basic things are overly complicated and requires manual entry what's the point when you can make a spreadsheets without paying subscriptions for the entire lifetime you have the rental. wish I wouldn't have wasted my money with this company and hope this review helps someone.

GBThey charge a junk fee on payment by… They charge a junk fee on payment by bank transfer. Lots of tenants are upset because some landlords insist on payment through this company rather than being paid by bill pay via one’s bank. On top of this, there is the issue of data protection…you are providing your banking info to this company increasing your odds of having your personal info stolen.
