Consumer Rights Violations The recent addition of $2.49 service fee for eCheck transactions is another example of greed. If any fee is needed it should be passed along to the property owners, not the renters. There is now no way to pay online without adding fees. This is completely ridiculous and asinine. I will be reporting to the State Attorney General and BBB for consumer rights violations.

Best Property Management Software Best Property Management Software I am using Appfolio since 2013 and I have helped many USA-based real estate-related firms such as Property Managers, Brokers, and Investors. Appfolio is improving each day and I love doing Bank reconciliations (Triple Tie) and posting Management Fees, Owner payments are really easy. Customer service is zero Customer service is zero, but the software is great pray you never have to contact them. You can never get someone on the phone, the robot that chats with you has predetermined answers that have nothing to do with your issue. I need to update my payment status. AppFolio is a great software AppFolio is a great software. Their ability to hear our feedback on what improvements can be made to the software and implement upgrades to make it happen is unmatched in the industry. Our tenants and owners love their personal portals giving them access to their information with ease. Our team loves the easy to use software.
