GBSTEALING from families to PAY A BILL! charging families to PAY BILLS!? This is outrageous! There is no fee to transfer money via ach and they are force placing fee of 2.49 to PAY MONEY! They do not have a website with any working human in customer service not phone number to reach to ask questions on what options there are. Landlords that are forcing tenants to use this are charging US to pay the landlord money!!!! This is insane! This company has a black eye allowing landlords to bill us to pay the landlord- should be paid by landlord for their "convenience". Reported to the FTC for violating federal laws and hiding behind chat bot customer service. DO NOT USE !

GBNOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY! NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY to use. Basic things are overly complicated and requires manual entry what's the point when you can make a spreadsheets without paying subscriptions for the entire lifetime you have the rental. wish I wouldn't have wasted my money with this company and hope this review helps someone.

GBScrewing over both landlords and tenants Greedy company using landlords to squeeze $$ out of millions of tenants in the USA...just for paying their rent! Landlords get a bad enough rap as it is, now Appfolio is leveraging their clients' tenants to directly charge them $2.49 per online rent payment. This is a junk fee and Appfolio is taking it as straight profit. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone at the company as either a tenant OR a client. The fact that they are hiding from this and refusing to answer anyone's questions says it all. Shady company with no integrity, just greedy.

GBCustomer service has become very hard… Customer service has become very hard to come by. Obnoxious change to tenant ach fees shows the arrogant nature of this company. Their "vote" method of improving things sucks, especially when you just need something done.

GBUsed to be great We’ve been with Appfolio since 2014 and they aren’t keeping up with the time. Unless you’re a huge company but then they charge extra. ACH from owners & tenants used to be free but now it’s either $2.49 to the owner/tenant or $1 flat rate to the PM on our subscription. We went from paying $2/unit/mo to now over $5. When is the nickel and dime charge and rate hikes going to stop. We’re now evaluating other PMS which have open APIs and part of their based flat rate pricing model. Seriously look elsewhere like rentvine, buildium or another PMS.
