This is kind of a horrible company This is kind of a horrible company. I sent them an inquiry to partner with them, which they took forever to respond only to tell me that basically they didn’t have time for the on boarding and I wasn’t important enough lol. Don’t use them

Customer service is zero Customer service is zero, but the software is great pray you never have to contact them. You can never get someone on the phone, the robot that chats with you has predetermined answers that have nothing to do with your issue. I need to update my payment status. I was locked out, and could not reach anyone to update payment info..... please call me apfolio 559-461-7368

Questionable practices. The software is just okay not noteworthy enough to find a site to write a review. But recently they did a sneaky money grab changing from free Echeck for years to a 2.50 fee via 4AM email 20 days ahead of time to be automatically applied without opt in ($5+ for tenants with multiple people on the lease who pay independently). They say they “waived” the fee in the past, but I don’t remember it having been presented that way.

Customer service has become very hard… Customer service has become very hard to come by. Obnoxious change to tenant ach fees shows the arrogant nature of this company. Their "vote" method of improving things sucks, especially when you just need something done.

STEALING from families to PAY A BILL! charging families to PAY BILLS!? This is outrageous! There is no fee to transfer money via ach and they are force placing fee of 2.49 to PAY MONEY! They do not have a website with any working human in customer service not phone number to reach to ask questions on what options there are. Landlords that are forcing tenants to use this are charging US to pay the landlord money!!!! This is insane! This company has a black eye allowing landlords to bill us to pay the landlord- should be paid by landlord for their "convenience". Reported to the FTC for violating federal laws and hiding behind chat bot customer service. DO NOT USE !
